The restaurant was very clean even though they were crowded. They had an employee keeping the dining area clean during the crowded time of day. (Even the bathrooms were clean and well stocked!) We came at 12:40, we had 5 people in our group. My daughter and her 2 boys are 7 & 9 and my 16 year old granddaughter.
We had chicken terriyaki, tacos, burgers, a breakfast jack, french fries, onion rings, and spring rolls, milk, and iced tea. When the 7 year old spilled his milk, the manager came over with a new one for him at no charge! Everyone here was friendly and treated the kids like family. The food was hot and prepared perfectly!
My favorite thing is that we can get a breakfast jack in the middle of the day!! My daughter's 9 year old came from an abusive home and has a lot of disabilities because of this. A simple fried egg sandwich helps him feel calm and rewarded .
He was such a happy kid to have 2 breakfast Jack's for lunch!!

I've been coming to this Jack in the box for years, but I'll keep my review relevant for the last few visits. Overall the food is usually always good and they are consistent here. Plenty of options on the menu and the staff is usually receptive to customizing options. My primary complaint is the inconsistencies on staff as of late. Sometimes I go and have this guy who is super efficient, friendly, and takes care of business. Other times I go I have a girl help me that is efficient but seems to not have much patience which makes ordering a little intense. Other times I get a teenager who apparently never learned manners. Nothing like being handed a bag of food followed by "Here" and not "Thank you". Otherwise this is still my go to jack in the box. Breakfast sandwiches I get the egg is usually not very appetizing.
Been to a lot of JB's and this was by far the cleanest dinning room. The food was also excellent. Hot and very fresh. I was truly amazed.
I always visit here and it’s always like a regular if not a little long wait to get the order but today someone new I assume charged me and had my order ready never had such fast service I was definitely impressed and going to visit more often
Food was good. Tried breakfast supreme croissant then later in afternoon had a sourdough jack.
Yoo this place is the goat open til forever and they sell spicy mini tacos I’m toasted rn and this just saved my life now I don’t get to starve to death thanks jack in the box!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great service, manager is always there. It does take a while If you custom order your food, but it's nice to have the option to custom order.

Best shakes constantly and superior customer service. They have a constantly evolving fast food (QSR - quick service restaurant) menu while holding on to customer fan favorites.
Amazing customer service! They had all my items packed perfectly and they even let me use their restroom when they were closed! Wish I could give 10 stars.
Nice and friendly employees. Just the chicken egg rolls was too oily, rushed Frying and rushed packing even its not crowded or busy time of the night. Overall good food at affordable price.
Not bad. I like their variety of special burgers that come and go. Their double white cheddar burger is good. So was their version of the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Always something new to try and usually pretty good for a fast food restaurant.
This place has some of the best foods and drinks in the area, and the services are good but the fries are a little dry. Anyways that's just my opinion. You could try it if you want I don't think you would regret it.
