I give Eve 5 stars, but the company only 1 star. Eve seemed to be busting her as* ALONE- she was very professional & some customers were understanding, while others were nitpicking at her & interrupting her when she was with other customers as it wasn’t her fault, but the managers fault for not scheduling someone else to be with her.
I think it’s very unfair and unprofessional of subway to only have ONE staff member working, as there should at least be 2 no matter what. Under the stress of all the orders and a line out the door, Eve managed to maintain a good attitude with everyone and was sincere. Please add more people to your staff as that is ridiculous and Eve deserves a raise. (Mogadore, Ohio)
