Great restaurant! Food was great. Prices were very reasonable. Great house ranch salad dressing. I had a 9oz ribeye that was prepared very well. Great broccoli and cheese soup. I would definitely recommend this place.
The monster steak here is always a treat and keeps me coming back. This is the best steak out of 3 or 4 places I've tried in Moncks Corner. The sweet potato fries were very delicious and we enjoyed our entire meal here.
I have always liked Brecks. Especially there chef salads. The prices had already been increased in price and still they were usually quite busy. It's under new ownership and they have cut the portions (in my opinion) alot. I am extremely sad to report, in my opinion, it is not worth it anymore 😭
Using today as a reference, unless things change, they will not last long. So very sad.
If you saw the salads before you know how much it has been shrunk. It wouldn't fit on this plate and it would be heaping and falling off the plate if you tried dumping the whole bowl onto the plate.
Seen this happen several times over the years, different places. Still sad especially a place as well liked as this one.
Haven’t had a bad meal yet, little short on staff at times but that’s pretty much everywhere today. Mushroom burger is great. Fries are very good as well & nominal pricing, nice portion sizes. Chicken wings very good too, very meaty.
Never a bad experience! We go here a lot. On Sunday eve., CLOSED ON SUNDAY NOW??? Need to update hrs . Although it says 11 to 8 🤷🏼♂️The open sign is even on but they are locked up tight. Sunday at 4:15 PM

Main kicker of this place is the price. They have a $35 dollar deal (refer to the menu picture) where you can get a total of 60oz steak with sides. That's unbeatable!
The place is a little small for what it has to offer. Pretty chill environment. Parking is a little tricky but definitely worth a try.
Will recommend to my friends and will definitely come back to try the 60oz steak haha!
Once upon a time, I was craving steak, and got one to-go from a restaurant for my birthday and my S.O. dropped it on the ground in the middle of a parking lot. He took me here to Brecks Station the very next day as an apology as it was listed they had steak... And BOY DID THEY... We got two MASSIVE steaks totalling 60 oz! It came as a special on the menu, and we were able to have the chef cook each steak the way we each wanted. I also had the fried okra and loaded baked potato- both delicious. Service was also good, and my S.O. redeemed himself. The end.
It was 97° that day and we were told the air conditioner was broken. Because we had a meeting we stayed anyway. It would’ve been much more pleasant eating the great food under better temperatures.
No air conditioning when it's 95+ outside, really don't know how the staff can work in those conditions. The girls that work there were sweet and were good company while waiting for my to-go order. The food was great!
My meal was great, wife's was a little different. I had the country fried steak, had to take a whole piece home. Almost had to roll out the door. Wife had the steak salad, her meat had a burnt taste. We believe it was the seasoning getting burned while cooking, maybe grill temp was too high. The salad was awesome, but I had basically wipe her meat off for her. Don't ever go to the hospital with a nurse and never go out to eat with someone in the restaurant business. They are the pickiest 2 breeds of people.
The staff was awesome and friendly.
Update: took an old friend here for dinner. It was a dreary rainy night so not much traffic. I got the ham steak and wife went for the cheese burger. Our friend got the fish (haddock), which proved to be too much for her. I sampled hers and it was really good. Wife enjoyed her burger, but my ham steak was cooked perfectly.
The gator bites are amazing as well as the crab dip! Chef’s kiss! 🤌🏼
Tonight service is great for a beginner waitress. Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was a little too dark for my taste
