We eat here quite often. The food is great! The owners and staff are always friendly. Owner always stops by our table and ask how we're doing. Just an all around great place to eat. Great food and and friendly, kind atmosphere.
I stopped here today for my 10 hour break. The food at the mexican restaurant is great, they were very busy, all the tables had people, service is very good. The small c-store has a few things and beer. The c-store and the restaurant closes at 9:00pm. The convenience store opens at 6:00am, it does not have restroom for customers, the restaurant opens at 11:00am I think, and the restroom is for customers only (I think is a family restroom, I really didn’t feel comfortable going in with some other person, but it does have 2 sinks and 2 toilets) . Well, that leaves us (drivers) with a porta potty for the night. It’s a great place to park, so far it’s quiet. And do NOT leave trash “behind the trlr or by the door as some are in the habit of doing…” The c-store lady asked only this from drivers.
Was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food is. They serve cheese and refried beans with the chips and salsa. We had steak fajita nachos (which was way more than 2 people should ever eat in one sitting). Friendly wait staff. Definitely a place to check out.
The food was excellent so delicious and what a big plate of food and 5hat was lunch I hear dinner plates are even bigger.. great prices great service and very hospitale
Wow, really good food, if not the best Mexican food I've had. Pork con salsa was incredible, even the rice and refried beans are the best. Huge portions, Highly recommend
Very good mexican food! You get a lot for your money here . I got a fried chicken chimichanga and my husband got a fried steak chimichanga....really good!...had enough food to get to go boxes..real sweet waitresses too
This place is amazing! Great food, great prices, great people! We come here atleast once a week! Awesome spot!
Haven't had anything close to this since being in Cancun or Puerto Vallarta. The first thing i check @ TexMex restaurant is the salsa(pico de Gallo) This place's was 110% Authentic, Cilantro, Garlic etc. Enchiladas were off the charts, chicken tacos with slice of avacado were unbelievable. Beans/Rice totally authentic. Typically I would remove a star because I didn't care for the fried ice cream.
But the entrees and dinner food was so delicious that I just can't remove any stars. The other main reason I can't remove stars is because I got like three dinner platters, chips and salsa plus guac for under $25. Since moving to Charlotte I've been searching for a place for good Mexican and now I know this is the place to go to. I refuse to go anywhere else.
