Being a relatively new Jamba customer, I was assisted by Trinity who made suggestions and guided me with the app. I was very happy with the drink and excellent service.
Friendly staff and they have a wide selection of different smoothie’s and others too!
Shout out to the two amazing employees that worked closing shift on 9/29/21. They were so nice and respectful. I actually had an accident where the cup that I was given had a hole in it and only came out when I sat in my car and made a mess on my shirt. I went back in and explained and they offered napkins to help clean myself and made me a new drink. All was appreciated and everything was settled perfectly by them. Kudos!
This is the best Jamba juice I've been to. The employees go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your drink. They're always smiling always a beat big smiles on their faces greet you well.
Service was great! I haven’t been to a Jamba Juice is years so I was a bit confused but Lizeth and Nathan were very understanding and helped me out with no complaints! Thank you for a great experience 😊
Went in today, June 2nd around 2pm. No customer except myself. It should have been an uneventful experience but to me, it was rare to be treated like I had from the person helping me. She was nice. She tried to be engaging. She acknowledged and considered my time waiting. She made sure I was able to carry everything. She made sure I had everything needed like spoons and napkins. These are qualities that comes from a family member. You can train workers but her quality seems more like within which is not common at all. These days, things are pretty bad but if people learned to be human to one another, it will not be like it is. Learn from a girl at Jamba.
