The Bee's Knees, with honeycomb, is delicious, I've never had anything like it, worth the wait in line... and the waffle cones are more like a cookie in flavor and texture, almost like a sweet, crisp shortbread... yum!!

The day we stopped by Revival for an ice cream cone the line was out the door, but it was totally worth the wait! I had the olive oil-blood orange flavor and it was incredible. Very refreshing and not too heavy. The woman that served us was sweet and so helpful too. Their creations are a bit on the pricey side, but again, so worth it!

We do wine tasting, and beer tasting... Today: an ice cream tasting event! And Revival lived-up to their world class awarded ice cream.

We had a wonderful experience! Great staff and service! They even had kid options and made the best suggestions for toppings and sauces! We will definitely be back!

Such a great place! For your first visit, try an ice cream tasting. It gets you 4 flavors and toppings. Well worth the money, and so many wonderful combinations to choose from. I loved everything we tried.

Great new place in Monterey. Reminds me of Salt N Straw in Portland, Oregon. Great fresh, unique flavor so, locally sourced! Give it a try!

It is worth every penny. I also greatly appreciate the use of compostable sand reusable items. It means a lot when a business looks to help and improve its own community.

Exciting flavors to try. We weren't personally impressed with our ice creams or the waffle cone... but maybe we would have liked others flavors better. You can't try them all in one go. UPDATE: Revival responded here to let me know you/we can ask for a different flavor if we don't like the flavor we chose. Love that ingredients are locally sourced and there are vegan options. Outside dining at tables or inside at counter facing large picture window. Accessible for folks using mobility aids.

Very famous woman owned business in Montery. Must visit if in the area. Tried the honeycomb ice-cream and it was fabulous- not overly sweet, but sweet enough. Since it is so popular, there generally is a line and a wait time of about 20 minutes at most times. This wait is totally worth it!! Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Tried the Bee's Knees ice cream which was so delicious!! It has honeycomb pieces in it and I personally loved it. I also got a scoop of the coffee ice cream, which was very flavorful and yummy! The waffle bowl tasted fresh and crunchy too! So good, wish we had this chain in DFW!

We came here on a Saturday late afternoon and there was a line out the door. It took about 15 minutes to get our icecream which wasn’t too bad. The wait is worth it! Their icecream is fresh and their award winning bees knees is delicious! You get some bits of honey in your bites which is such a sweet treat! PS: They so no do sample tastings but if you don’t like your flavor you choose, you can select another.

Great spot. Waited about 15 minutes at around 10pm on a Saturday. No sampling, but apparently they will accommodate replacing your ice cream if you don’t like it (which I’d never do!). Friendly service. High quality, unique flavors. I had the Coffee Blondie which was delicious! My sister loved the Bees Knees flavor. I’d definitely come back to try more. Thank you!

A must visit icecream place if you are in Monterey. It is quite popular and there is always a long line outside. So, if you are ready to wait in queue, you will not be disappointed! Very unique icecream flavours and toppings. You can get a cup, a cone or just buy the bucket for home. There is small sitting arrangement both inside and outside the shop. However it could be occupied. Icecreams are almost the same price as Salt n Straw. It is definitely flavourful and relishing.

There is always a line outside of of this store so be prepared to wait about 15-20 minutes. They offer flights (6 flavors), ice cream sandwiches, and waffle cones made in house aside from just scoops of ice cream. They do sell a refillable ice cream container that you can receive a discount if you reuse it, which is super awesome. Milk and Cookies was a hit with my son. You should definitely stop in and give it a try.

Ventured away from my usual choice of Bees Knees and tried the Blueberry Pie Ice Cream. Hot damn, it was delicious!! We always love our visits to Revival and it’s become the ice cream we compare all other artisan ice creams to. Such a cool, local joint in the heart of downtown.

Great ice cream with a couple of really innovative flavors (12 with 3 vegan) with award winning Bees Knees. Generous scoops and an innovative marshmallow topping which was quite enjoyable. They do not allow sampling but the texture and flavor were good in each of the scoops I tried. I had the eucalyptus and mint chocolate chip (quite a lot of chips and a nice mellow eucalyptus taste) and the Bees knees (a lot of honeycomb) and liked them both. The vegan chocolate hazelnut was also good.

This ice cream place had a lot of reviews, so had to visit this place after carmel by the sea. There was a big line for the ice cream. I think these ice creams were gelatos. But I didn’t like it much, my niece loved it and it was good. I would prefer salt and straw always, which would be better. May be gelatos are not my taste, it was great. Yes it has many reviews, more than 1000. I would take my niece again here for the ice cream. Street is good and crowed and need to find a parking is a bit challenging.
