The Prices are higher than others but great parking, super clean bathrooms and not too many kids to wade through!
I am not a huge fan of Mcdonald's coffee, but this place is in a very convenient location for me, and the service is fast and friendly. The same person is usually working the drive-thru each morning and they are always pleasant. They do a good job of getting cars through quickly, even if there is a big line.
Nice clean Mc Donald! Usually not too crowded and drive through are fairly quick
My buddy and I got hungry for coffee and McChicken plus an apple pie. It was good, the apple pie. Didn't hear a word of the McChicken or coffee until later.
Scarfed the apple pie enjoyed the camaraderie with the kids...
Finally, we got our change because of national currency shortage.
The coffee was strong for this weak.
Overall a good and positive atmosphere but the employee serving us was giving us an attitude but they gave us all our food fresh without asking so that made up for it
Victor, what a fantastic employee! Great casheer providing excellent service, he was in the lobby as soon as he was not busy at the cash register to take orders. He saw everything that wasn’t clean in the lobby and attended to it. You guys are lucky I don’t operate a business in Monterrey cause I would offer him a job. He merits a raise of salary!
Honestly, I hadn’t been in a McDonald’s so clean for a long time. I come from Montreal (Canada) and since COVID, the quality of service and cleanliness of McDonald’s have been done drastically. I am particularly sensible to this since I worked a couple of years when I was a student, in the kitchen as well as in the lobby.

Not bad for fast food. I’ve been craving McChickens like crazy and thankfully they have Buy 1 get 1 for a dollar. My Diet Coke tasted great!!
There was a long line but it passed really quickly.

Not only extremely slow but employees would ignore customers when they would come to the counter.
Food was as expected. Biodegradable utensils and straws, it's new due to where I'm from we don't practice that (yet) but it's something I can get used to
The restaurant design is beautiful, for a fast food joint. However, very few staff and ordering at the register was extremely difficult so we ordered at the kiosk. Order was wrong, rcv'd two meals for price of one. Not sure how that happened. Restrooms were very clean and not smelly like most McDonald's locations.
Awesome place also love the black arches in stead of the yellow give McDonald's a dark mode sort of lol
Always find this particular Mickey D's interesting due to the black 'golden' arches lettering. Not sure if local zoning and design guidance made them use the black lettering or what, but I always pass by it and forget it's there when your so used to looking for the classic red and yellow design.

Came there at 10:25 a.m the menu was already changed to lunch menu. Had no idea what to order and when and I told the lady on drive through, it shows me lunch menu, she apologized and said she can't do anything it changes automatically. She tried to explain to me the whole menu, connection was bad, so in the end I just ordered what ever my kids wanted and we left. Felt bad for the stuff that they have to go through this, too 😕
Management is bad, customer service depends on, if you specifically know what you want and differently need to ask for napkins, ketchup, otherwise you will not get it in your bag...

This was the same food served at other locations. Be prepared they don't seem to have all the meal options that other McDonald's have, and they weren't willing to make a meal like other locations. In the end, it all worked out, and the only hiccup was that they didn't mark the drinks, so they messed those up.
