No drive Thru, they have superb ambiance and great customer service
Place is always packed but they do a good job. Super friendly plus outdoor seating. Good location on my way to and from town.
My daughter and I had the best experience yesterday morning. We put in a mobile order for some drinks. Not only were they ready on time, they each had a smiley face drawn on them. Something so small made a huge impact on our day. It was great. Thank you!
A very friendly crew and a pleasant ace to sit and enjoy a coffee. Decent menu selections. Pastries could be fresher.

This is the only Starbucks I actually enjoy going to. I can't say anything pleasant about the company itself, but the staff at this location is so great. They're very friendly, and they have not gotten my drink order wrong even once. On top of that, it's always really clean too, which is awesome to see anywhere that's serving something you eat/drink. Special shout out to Alex cause he has the same name as me and he was super chill.
I typically get coffee before work and by far this location is really on it the staff always are awesome and the speed at which the get people in and out is amazing! I also have had a user error my last time and arrived at a different location which where I live we have three and they got it out just as fast if I ordered online highly satisfied with this location and will continue to come back. Jae you are a real life saver!

Great service and fast drinks. I'm giving four stars because I honestly think I was hearing the manager/supervisor make passive aggressive comments towards her employees. I know from experience that management can truly make or break working conditions

Drive thru is non stop here, but still worth the often 10 minute wait. Staff is cheerful and has never messed up my order. Convenient location on one of the busiest intersections on the Peninsula.
I work in Monterey and they always make my drink tasty and are rather fast with their mobile orders. My favorite is when they put a smiley face on my drink. I know then that my coffee is going g to taste the best! The only thing is that when I go here sometimes the staff is different too often. I live in San Jose and when ever I orde my recent favorite drink (the iced chocolate almond milk shaken espresso) they are not as tasty as when I order at th Monterey location off of 68 and canyon del Rey.
This Starbucks is at an intersection of two main routes between Seaside/Monterey and Salinas, so, they do get a lot of business which means they are usually fairly busy. The staff does a great job of moving everyone along with their orders and they do keep the location very clean. Go early or mobile order if you want to avoid a delay.
Quiet, nearly empty place with fast service at 3:30pm with a good variety of food, especially the breakfast sandwiches that my kid loves. Lovely seating area outdoors.
