We stopped by here on our way to LA from San Francisco. The staff was friendly even though it was almost closing. Food was good. Place was clean.
Great lunch. May I suggest bigger straws for the boba drinks.
Typical Jacks...nothing much different than the rest...EXCEPT for the A.M. service. There's one woman there...who usually works the moornings...if she's there the orders will be accurate and the food fresh plus she always is bright and smiling! I'll post her name when I can!
Close to home and lots of parking, so I rarely use the busy drive up window. It's much faster to just order inside and go.

#1 Best Jack in the box on the peninsula. Friendly staff and the food is fresh. Never smashed or cold. Burgers always neatly packaged. Messed up on drink but fixed quickly in drive thru. We will go out of the way to come to this Jack's on hwy 68!

and went here one morning to grab some breakfast and I was really shocked to see that there were not a huge crowd of people waiting for their food. Next time I'm in that particular area I will be stopping and grabbing something to eat at this location once again. It is pretty rare to see a fast food joint that isn't always bombarded with people. The food here is still great, there's just not enough information out there that this particular Jack in the Box does in fact and desist. You may have a little bit of a problem finding out where to turn in if you were going off of Highway 68 but you will be making a left and that is the only way that you can go so the whole shopping center that this Jack in the Box is in, is pretty straightforward. Enjoy!
So I am going to The Sea Otter Classic this morning, running late & got drive through at Jack.
I am immediately welcomed by a happy positive voice who instantly brightend up my busy morning.
I got to the window and see a great big set of beautiful joyous eyes....( I would say smile, but she had on a mask) She was ready for me and asked " Hi, how's your morning going sir?" then repeated my order to me, I confirmed it was correct. She handed me the change & my bag. " Any ketchup or condiments for you?"
No. "Thank you, take care."
I ate the bestest tasting sausage cressant sandwitch ever!!!!!!!"

My my mother and I went through the drive through. We ordered three orders of tacos. We spent under five for lunch for two people. We ate three tacos each.
Excellent customer service. She even offered us sauces.
The late night drive thru employees are super friendly and helpful!

Quite isolated, we were only the customers there though they have many calls! Don't worry about food quality, it's still the same.
Great food quality and taste. Friendly prompt service. Fresh and delicious food. The best soul food I had in the state of California.
Fast food service that is on par with other Jack in the box. Friendly staff who service the customers adequately in my experience.
I enjoy the chicken club sandwich but personal taste may vary.
