An employee by the name Michelle is super rude, unprofessional and has no common curtesy. She should NOT work with the public. If you hate your job that much - then get a new one!!! Just horrible customer service

Im from South Africa so its my firts time having subway … But i have to say the steak and cheese was amazing with extra bacon and american cheese with mayo👌👌👌

The subway on 6th street in monticello has improved a 100% in the last year or so. Great crew, good work!!

Horrible sandwich. Toasted 6" steak n cheese. Was burnt bread, I crumbled the burn off and ended up with half a sandwich. If I were able to see them make it I would've had them make it again. Will not go back again. 3rd bad sandwich 1st opinion.

Jessica seemed annoyed at any business coming in the door. Manager was fantastic and energetic. Jessica should not be in customer service unfortunately on drive through or in house orders. Jessica literally roller her eyes when I said lettuce please.
