Best place on the western slope by far. From the food to the atmosphere, Amelia's is number one. The staff is some of the best around.
Awesome waiter, food and margaritas! Highly recommend!
Very personable staff. The food was excellent. We highly recommend Amelia's.
Absolutely the BEST Margarita I've ever had! The food is always good and Isabel and Edwardo are great hosts! You'll find us here most Friday nights!
Great staff, amazing food, and the fried cheese cake is out of this world! Worth the drive from Texas!
The food was fresh & wonderful. The drinks were good too.
Great food. Were warm & friendly. Thank you for letting my family share time, even though I was the only one on the ticket.
My favorite spot for Mexican food. The margaritas are great, the house margarita is the best in town. My personal favorite is the grape fruit margarita! The seafood enchilada is a hidden gem, nice large scallops and shrimp topped with a spicy but not too spicy sauce. The carnitas street tacos are simple yet one of the better taco plates around. The best thing about this place is consistency, each time I have eaten here the food tastes the same, which isn’t a bad thing!
I was thrilled to find this place!! I live in Wisconsin where it's incredibly difficult to find good Mexican food and oh boy did Amelia's deliver. Easily the best Mexican food I've had in ages. What a treat!
By far the BEST from scratch made Margaritas in town. Edward never disappoints from the bar. Their food is authentic and above delicious.
If I could give half points this would be 3.5. The food was ok but not great. I had carnitas street Tacos and chicken taquitos. The meat was overcooked and somewhat dry, and I usually like it that way but this was too much. Except for the cilantro there wasn't much flavor in the Tacos. Friendly service.
The place is very neat inside. Loved the decor. The food was good. But to be honest our server was a little rude. We did have to ask a couple of time for some things. There were other servers that seemed nice, but we didn't get one.
I enjoyed Amelia's. After hiking in the Black Canyon this was welcome comfort food. The price was comparable to other restaurants. The 'basement' restaurant was a nice reprieve from the heat. Unless someone's name is 'Mom', this is a family restaurant. Edward provided great service. I had the vegetable fajitas.
Great food and the best margaritas. Vast menu which is all great. Best guacamole and even the chips are great. You can't miss on this one for really delicious mexican food.
