This place is great for what it is. They're a little fixed in their options (no-substitutions- style) and there are some corners cut (i.e. bean dip is beans with some cheese dip in the middle instead of a cheese dip with some beans in the middle). They don't have a liquor license so no alcohol (we weren't sure if this was by design or if they lost it at some point). I don't think we'd go back as a family for that alone unfortunately because, as many do, the hubby likes to have a beer with his dinner when we go out. Kids meal was ordered as a beef burrito with salad. Bean burrito came. They offered to make it right but honestly my kiddo devoured it so we may make that her go-to in future. All that said, the people were very nice. Very attentive, always offering refills on salsa, chips, drinks, etc as they were needed. The food was very tasty. Definitely a good experience and I'd recommend it if you wouldn't miss the alcohol!
My husband and I recently went here for lunch, we were surprised how small it was but it was nice. The food was great. We’ve lived in Byers creek for a while now and I’m so glad we finally tried it. The food was reasonably priced for the plate you get and it was delicious. We will definitely be back!
Great place to eat. Food is good and service is excellent. Eat there once a week and have never had a bad meal.
Fast fresh delicious food with served by very friendly great staff. I come here very regularly and always leave happy. My only critique is their lack of spicy options but they make up for it with excellent food good prices and fast friendly service. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!
Food was really good. Not overly greasy like you find at most Mexican restaurants. Meat was grilled pan fried, which I really like. Staff made a mistake with an order but took it back and fixed the mistake without question. I am from California and lived in San Diego for a few years and this is the best Mexican food I have had out in North Carolina.
This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant! We had been to the location in Denver before, but this one is even better. My husband is in love with the Mexican Feast dinner and their Quesadilla Deluxe is the closest thing I've ever found to my favorite dish from the Mexican restaurant back home. This place is great. Never crowded. Fast and friendly service. So glad to have them open in Mooresville!
Good food, fair prices 99 cent tacos on Tuesday and small fajita $7.99 on Thursday. Plenty of fajita even for this big boi. No beer or Margaritas though. Still good Mexican joint. Better if it had Margaritas.
