The cash register machine is slow and barely works, and the staff don't know how to pace themselves. I new cash register and some new staff and this subway would do better

If I could give 0 stars I would. I order through postmates pick up and when I got there they said it was a delivery I didn't get my order, and they promise a refund in 10 days, after a month no refund yet.

They don’t know how to answer their phone. I ordered there & when I got home there was strains of hair in my sandwiches

Online order was not started until after I arrived at the location for pick up (25 mins later). On top of that, the guy who prepared the sandwiches forgot to put the meat on both sandwiches. You can't trust that the workers will read online orders correctly, nor that they'll read it all before your

Horrible waiting for almost an hour, both employees doing just Mobile orders and not tending to customers In store, also I feel it is unsanitary to be touching the tablet during the process of making the phone orders not changing gloves while making sandwiches... very very disappointed

Came here and they gave me only half a scoop of meat on my 6inch sandwich and barely any meat on a kids meal. I’ve been to others before and never had that problem. When I asked the lady about the meat she said it’s extra and that she put a scoop when she didn’t smh. Disappointed
