Went off menu for this one. I requested a dish my grandmother used to make. Steamed tofu and rice mixed together chow fun style. They were hesitant at first (I imagine no one else orders this), but after reassurance, they attempted the dish. A couple of times during the process they asked again, just to be sure. When it was done the dish delicious. Very nostalgic for me. I tipped them a bit extra and thanked them for a trip down memory lane. I foresee my visits becoming a weekly occurrence. 🙂
Have not been here for 20 years since the original changed hands and it went down hill.
Gave it a shot last night since I love good Chineese food and wanted to see if anything had changed.
Much to my surprise and delight the food was terrific!
Chicken and garlic sauce, mu shu pork, hot and sour soup, pork fried rice and even ribs were right on with a taste similar to NY Chinatown where it is as good as it gets.
If you haven’t been there lately, give it a shot and smile as you taste the quality of their dishes.
They are very friendly and the food is always done expeditiously. No other Chinese place in town can have my business Hunan wok is it for me. As I said previously I've had every other place in town the food just doesn't even measure up this place has quality and professionalism thank you Hunan wok

I really like the food, the prices are great but there is no dine in. I am addicted to the wonton in garlic sauce and the simple veggie fried rice is a whole meal by itself. I am looking forward to eating my way thru the menu, trying everything as I go along.
Only 1 table. Good prices, standard Cantonese food. Nice pricing on lunch special steamed dishes - only $6.15 or a bit more.
Friendly staff and decently priced tasty food... There's 1 booth if you prefer to dine in
my favorite local chinese food place. good prices, good food.
My go-to Chinese place since I was a kid. To me this is the gold standard.
Good location, rasty food
