Server was very sweet, polite, very quick to take our order, food served fast, immediately from the stove & delicious! She made sure everything was as we ordered, checked on us to refill our drinks and was an excellent server. Highly recommend!
No place better for a good down home meal!! I recommend the 6 veggie plate, not on the menu so ask for it from your waiter or waitress.
I eat at Cracker Barrel a lot. All across the country. Most are really good and I can say I’ve only had a couple of bad experiences. But some are truly exceptional and the Mt Juliet is one of those. Service, food quality, atmosphere, cleanliness all 5 stars. I’ve had the privilege of eating at this location 2 or 3 times and its never disappointed. Great job staff and management.
We had the best service in town. Andrew is a magnificent waiter. He make sure we had drinks all the time. Before I even asked, he asked me if I wanted any onions and chow chow with my beans. Very patient and kind with my mother. I point at this because some waiters are not nice with elders or kids. Our order was 200% accurate. He made sure we had refills all the time. My family is 200% satisfied. Awesome costumer service. Hot and delicious food. Everything was handled in a timely manner.
Got our food the fastest of all I've been to in the past and the turnip greens was the best at this one also had plenty of pork season meat. Will be stopping by this one more
I had the best experience there with my grandmother who was visiting from out of town. We had the best waitress who was so kind and who went well above the normal customer service experience. The food was good but the service was even better.

Probably the only Cracker Barrel I've been to where our meal was served quickly! All employees were very friendly and the food was great!
Always a good stop for breakfast and service by a pleasant wait staff. I recently ordered both the 4-piece chicken and the meat loaf. The chicken was very good and had great flavor throughout. The inside was juicy, while the outside had good crispy skin and a nice crunch. The meatloaf didn't look the greatest, but it was ok. The meat was moist, but I would have likes more tomato sauce. I also ordered the mash potatoes with gravy, which they forgot. The green beans were smokey and were good.
Must try: Chicken. It was way better than I thought it would be and much better than a bunch of other places serving chicken in town). Would rate it and their breakfast 5 stars.

The food was delicious for me.My roast beef was just right. James meatloaf was burnt on top. But sometimes things happen.. Our waitresses very nice and sweet. She was delightful and polite. She forgot our small plates to eat our biscuits.but they were busy. If I had cash on me I would give her 10$ tip. I only could give 4$ on the card. Thank you so much Cracker Barrel for a wonderful meal. Especially our server
Great food! Great service! Recently ordered a Prime Rib heat & serve meal for Easter! It was AMAZING! The horseradish and all sides were very tasty and easy to heat and serve! Will likely get it again at Easter! Next time, I may just do prime rib because the sides were very small servings.

STAFF IS NICE. UNFORTUNATELY, THE SHELVES THAT THE T0-GO ORDERS ARE PUT FOR DELIVERY DRIVERS TO PICK UP, ARE BEHIND THE CASHIER AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME WAIT AND HAVE TO SCAN IT AND MAKE SURE ITS THE CORRECT ORDER EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY SEEN THE RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE BAG AND KEEPS ME FROM GRABBING IT AND GOING TO MAKE THE DELIVERY IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
Also, when parked and told to wait in a Togo spot for the order to be brought out, close to time for them to close, I have waited a while after letting them know I was there for a pickup and the store is closed when I’ve gone to the door, even if the order was placed and ready and I was there before they closed. It really doesn’t make it very reliable or worth the time and gas to drive there bc then I do not get full compensation for my time and the gas it took to sit and wait for nothing!! They need a better system for Delivery Companies!!!!!
