My main reason for writing this is to compliment one of the employees, I believe she said her name is Dorris. Literally every time I've gone in there recently, she's been the person keeping everyone else on track and making sure everything was running smoothly and as quickly as possible. You can tell she cares about her job and her kindness shows through her customer service. She deserves to be a manager if she isn't already! My order is never wrong, my burgers are always neatly put together, and fries are somehow always cooked just right.

Giving a 5 star review because this place seems underrated based on recent reviews. Stopped here on our way home to Philly from Boston for some end-of-vacation Whoppers. We were disappointed that the inside was closed and we had to go through the drive thru. Not sure if it's a staff thing (they had a hiring sign out), a pandemic thing, or what. Drive thru went well. There was a pause when we got to the window and we waited a couple minutes for our Whoppers. It was worth ittttt. These Whoppers were made with love and I feel qualified to say that because I recently had a Whopper at a Connecticut BK that I thought was good and this one topped it. So much lettuce, tomato, pickles... It was oozing mayo and ketchup. It was the epitome of what I expect a Whopper to be. If that's why I had to wait an extra minute, so be it. So I dunno what y'all's problems have been with this establishment but my experience was a delight.
