El sabor de dos países! Fresh food all day everyday!
The good was delicious. They need more help, they only had one waitress.
Found this little Honduran/Mex gem a little outside of downtown Mt. Pleasant. It is a small and quaint little building, limited seats, and a semi-cozy atmosphere. One knock on it, was that all the lights in the ceiling were strobing and flickering. Made it hard to focus. Started with free fresh chips and salsa. Very light salsa mild spiciness and good flavor. They also, (like most traditional mex restaurants do) have a spicy green and red sauce that you have to ask for. I dont really take it peraonally, but they dont usually offer it for "non hispanics" happens all the time so I KNOW to ask for it. Both are quite spicy but very delicious as well. We had a sampling of BALEADAS, STREET TACOS CON CARNE ASADA, PAPUSAS, and a little american food, CARNE ASADA FRIES. It was all fresh and superb! Recommend going on Fridays and they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Definitely will go back to try other dishes!
Seriously good food. More authentic than Tex-mex and I’m so happy we found this place! Friendly staff and great prices for the quality of food. Five yummy tacos for under $8!? Definitely going to be a go to when that taco craving hits.
Great local flavor! Chips are made from hand made tortillas and served with a warm onion salsa that is flavorful and hardy. My husband and I both got the Pollo Chuco - amazing. The texture and flavor of the cabbage with the banana chips and house made Honduran sauce was the perfect compliment to the crispy fried chicken. Worth it!
The waitress was extremely nice & helpful. It was my 1st time eating Hondorian food & it was amazing. I highly recommend this place. The service was so great I even tipped my waitress $6 on a $14 meal just for me.
This restaurant is amazing. It is a little hole in the wall, but if your ever in Mt. Pleasant, TX., you should stop here. The food is authentic, both Mexican and Honduran cuisine! My husband and I will definitely stop back!
This is a true hidden gem, Mt. Pleasant lucky to have. Great food
