I stopped in today on my way out of town. My specialty drink of choice was a caramel macchiato latte. It was delightful! Bold coffee flavor with sweet creamy goodness. Be sure to check it out!
I love stopping at Sanity Coffee House every time I’m in Mount Pleasant. The service is always so friendly, and they help you find the right coffee for you! Also they offer low carb options which I’m in love with! I definitely recommend to stop by when you get the chance �
They are a little pricey but I tried a Carmel cream ice coffee and was the best I have ever had!! Def worth the money

I just had one of their limited edition Andes Candies frappe and a breakfast Panini on jalapeno bread and it was awesome sauce. You will not go wrong they also have fry Pies and everything else

Just tried for the 1st time, once I found it. � You need a sign by the road! I got a peppermint latte and it was great. Not too strong- not too light. Great service- very friendly. Took a little longer than I was hoping it would, but the friendly atmosphere made up for it. But allow yourself a couple of extra minutes. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to try one of your paninis.

The atmosphere is amazing, perfect place to do homework and drink coffee. The baristas are very knowledgeable and personable and paninis are delicious! Definitely recommend a mad cow drink and Turkey club on cinnamon bread. 😋

Sanity Coffee offers a cozy atmosphere to go have a coffee date with a friend or work on schoolwork. They are always offering new drinks that are amazing. If you are looking for fresh coffee and awesome customer service this is the place for you - Some of my favorite drinks are The Hermione, blended or hot, the mad cow is always a good choice- The food is freshly made, and not from the microwave, like other coffee shops in the area.
Nice place with good stuff. Had a mad cow with white chocolate as suggested by the ladies and it was great. The turkey club on cinnamon bread was a great suggestion too. Very helpful staff.
I would put this place up with any coffee house on the west coast. A purely chance stop because it was close to the bus stop, and a pleasant surprise. Best coffee in the state, maybe the region. Thank you!
