We have driven by this establishment I don't know how many times on our way to either Anacortes or Whidbey Island. We have never stopped because of time constraints or they have been super busy. Our first time eating there was a fantastic experience. Our server, Abraham, was friendly, courteous and efficient. My wife ordered the Hot Roast Turkey Sandwich with a salad, and I ordered the Farmer's Omelette made with 3 eggs, hash browns, and toast with homemade strawberry jam. This was probably the best omelette I have ever had in my life. Many of the places where I have eaten omelettes they are overdone, heavy on some ingredients, scarce on others. This omelette was done perfectly. The hash browns were also cooked to perfection, not overly done or oily. The homemade strawberry jam was divine. The meal so large I couldn't finish the last few bites. My wife ended up taking half her sandwich home because it was so huge. We were offered dessert, but we were too full. Which was too bad as their pies are homemade. When we received our check that was another surprise. It was way lower than I expected. This was our first time at this restaurant, but it certainly won't be our last. This might become a once a week stop.
As with a lot of other of these reviews we have driven past this place 1000 times on our way to Anecortes. And every time we see it we say we need to stop there someday. Well yesterday was the day and we were EXTREMELY surprised and Happy to do so. Great old school menu. Great Service. Clean. Overall this place we will return to, without a doubt. I had a great fried chicken dinner and my wife had the Turkey pot pie.....bottom line,......AWESOME

Amazing food!!!! Took a bread pudding home for later as I was SO full and I have never had a bread pudding like it, it was delicious. I am from Vancouver, Canada and I would drive all the way there for their bread pudding � We had a group of 12, service was awesome and atmosphere was great. Totally recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back!!
Ann and I have been going to the Farmhouse since the mid-80s. We live in the Skagit Valley, not far away. The Farmhouse has always been our favorite place. We just did New Year's Eve and had four Prime-rib specials—they were mighty fine. Then last night, we went for a special birthday, and I got 8 pan-fried oysters. Well, now, talk about good oysters. What a treat.
Best breakfast ever... farmhouse skillet � is a must . Oh and cute tall server, hi.
Fabulous food, great servers, an absolute excellent dining experience. Would have no problem recommending this place.
Great menu selection for lunch. Service was sure and steady. Hot Turkey sandwich was a load and very tasty. Guinness beef stew oh so delicious. Fantastic drink selection. A place to try...again.
We went for the steak peppercorn soup they use to serve years ago. We had the fish and chips Irish way dish. Yummy! We ll go back for it.
Yum! This is an Irish American Grill. There's a bar and they make dessert from scratch. They also serve tender Irish soda bread and whipped butter with your meal. We didn't try any this time but there's a special cocktail list, whisky list and those cool mixed beers. The clam chowder was amazing, the soda bread was amazing, our server Rosie was amazing and my prime rib was as tender as butter. I literally cannot wait to come back. Plus, they serve breakfast!
My husband and I had lunch here recently. He had a burger he liked and I had the turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and sweet potato fries. The turkey was thickly-sliced, the fries were perfectly done, not soggy or cold and they paired great with the mayo (normally I eat fries with ketchup!) The serving sizes were very generous-ideal to fuel our afternoon adventuring at Deception Pass State Park. Our waitress was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and perusing the gift shop on our way out.
Food was very good. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it’s pricey. I had prime rib and my husband had the bison burger. More than enough food and they tasted very good. We had a great server!
Great service. Fresh vegetables - salads. Carrot cake and Whiskey bread pudding... oh my God good!!! Pleasant and clean environment.
