My order took a while because I ordered my burger with no mustard. After finally getting my order, there was mustard in my burger, even though the grill slip on it said no mustard. They were very nice when I asked for a replacement, but it took eight minutes to get it.
There seemed to bed a problem with the ordering kiosk. I had to remove about half my order to get it under my budget for the moment. I ended up not even being able to complete my order. But when I went to the register, I had plenty of money for my whole original order. I believe there was another guest who had a problem with it as well. There were promotions that the kiosk would not apply to the applicable items as you ordered them .
