PROS - + Plenty of creative brats, hot dogs and burgers to choose from. + Vegan/vegetarian friendly! + Covered outdoor seating. + The food is delicious and Hawaiian bread truly does make everything taste better. + HUGE selection of beer to choose from. On tap or in cans. + The layout is open, clean and well designed. + Friendly staff. Attentive service. Even though they just opened, the service was excellent. CONS - + Everything is à la carte. Without combos, you can drive the price up rather quickly. + Even though they do have a happy hour, the beer is expensive at regular price. + No beer menu! It's written on a chalk board that you have to leave your table to go read. And the canned beer is in a fridge under the bar. Why not just have a menu? I'm assuming because they plan on rotating beers rather quickly, however a simple paper menu would be really handy and convenient. ---------- After my first visit, I am already giving this place 5 stars. I can not wait to come back again and again to try all the unique food and beer that they have here. Variety is the spice of life, right? Then these guys have the spiciest wieners this side of the Mississippi. Excellent service, delicious food and a nice open and clean restaurant. I had the Thai Fighter with onion rings and my wife had the Holy Aioli.

We had corndogs, sausage dogs, hamburgers, fries, tots, and onion rings. We ate the chili and even the slaw. It was all good. I definitely recommend.

Food was great. Had the special. They have a very good list of beers on tap. The menu is good bar food plus something for the vegan, if needed. Prices are very reasonable.

My wife was ecstatic about this place opening, and while I wasn't at the time as excited as she was, I immediately changed my tune when the food came out. Apparently Hawaiian rolls DO make everything better. We had the cowboy and the old Town HausDogs, and split the Freiburger. 10/10 will come back!

Visited the Dog Haus for lunch today…at 11am the line was already out the front door. There is a wide variety of options and of course you can modify the selection if you like. I tried the Chili Idol (Haus chili, cheddar cheese sauce, onions) and a Corn Dog (root beer batter). The chili on the Chili Idol was a bit “sparse” but combined with the cheese sauce tasted good and was surprisingly mild. The Corn Dog was awesome and the batter really gave it a sweet flavor against dipping it into yellow mustard. My daughter ordered a DIY dog and really enjoyed all the flavors along with the buttered toasted Kings Hawaiian Roll used for the bun. She also had onion rings she enjoyed but for me tasted like something from a frozen box. Granddaughter had the kids hot dogs with tater tots and loved it all…I even enjoyed some of the tater tots. Can’t really comment on the service, our only interaction was placing our order at the register. The young man did a great job and was very patient as we tried to figure out what to order. The bar area is pretty significant with 20+ beers on tap and a number of bottled and canned offerings plus had liquors. I tried the Belgian Thong by Red Silo Brewing Company and it was a really good beer. Daughter had the Fruit Tea Cider and enjoyed it. Overall…ample good food and cold beer…what more could you ask for! The down side, basically everything here is à la carte and no “combo” meals which makes for a rather expensive lunch. For two adults, two beers, and a kids meal the total was $43.51 (adult beverages was $15.30 of the total)…a bit pricey for lunch.

Our 22-yr-old son raved about this place, so my husband went (while I was away on vacay in Switzerland). HE raved about it, too...said it was possibly THE best slider he's ever eaten. So I suggested going for lunch last week. I had the root beer-battered corn dog, onion rings n ice cream soda float. Now, I'm hooked, too! EXCELLENT food... Prompt & friendly service... Stellar atmosphere (reminded us so much of SoCal). Oh! N the videos they play on-screen are dope! SO much more enjoyable to watch than the normal sports stuff.
