Always a pleasure dining here. The food is always fresh with warm soft breadsticks. The staff is amazing with their welcoming attitude and their patience when you need them to help figure out what you want to order. I've met the manager and she does a great job and has built an excellent team. Keep up the good work!
For fast food Italian I'm impressed! Yummy! The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because of the grease and it seems like everything is fried. I was expecting grilled or baked chicken in my dish but it looked and tasted fried. It isn't a negative for me, but it isn't a positive either. The pizza baked spaghetti was surprisingly delicious! I love the prices and went two days in a row. My fiance and I will be back. I am really particular about red sauce and most places give to much sauce to noodle ratio. Not you guys! It was just right! I appreciate that!
Easy location to get into with a larger vehicle. Drive up was a convenient. Food was prepared fast and accurate. The employees were polite. I admit they were a little shocked to see a bobtail semi pulling up. Great place will return
Forgot how good the breadsticks are. Enjoyed my spaghetti with meat sauce. The Alfredo sauce was more watery than expected. Like having a real plate and real fork.
Allow me to specify that by "takeout," I mean I purchased through the drive-thru. My boyfriend and I love Fazoli's for a filling meal with great value. I ordered the pepperoni pizza spaghetti, which is spaghetti noodles with pizza sauce topped with cheese and pepperoni. The sauce was prepared fresh while we waited and all of our food was piping hot (and delicious!) as usual. The staff is really friendly, too, and thanked us for waiting and for eating at Fazoli's.
The employee that server us was great. She was friendly. Floor needed to be cleaned in a bad way there was no part that did not have food on it. Pasta was good got the same thing I usely do instead of peas it had broccoli in it. Had a great time with our family thou.
Great food, best breadsticks! Wonderful desserts, bit of a wait in the drivethru, price a bit over the average, but quality more than makes up for it
