The first time I went the service was great. However my 2nd visit on the same day it took the waiter almost 20 minutes before they even came and asked what we wanted to drink. Other than that it was really good.
They were great here. Very attentive and friendly and took the time to make sure our drinks were perfect and we were happy with the service!
I remember when going to Red Lobster seemed like an extra special treat. Now it seems ordinary. I cannot place if that is mostly a change in me or in the restaurant. It had been years since I have been to a Red Lobster so one surprise was the lack of a wait to get seated. We were immediately seated, so that was great. I had a South Western shrimp bowl. While that name seems really odd (South West and shrimp just doesn't seem to be a match), it was absolutely delicious and I would order it again. Service was good over all but I am the type of person that does not really like to linger and the payment process took too long.
I’m not much of a review person but I wanted to make sure our phenomenal waitress got acknowledged! Daisia H waited on us and provided some of the best and friendliest service I’ve experienced. Give homegirl a raise!
Our server was awesome, and she made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us often. The food was awesome, my kids loved and ate all of their food. We really enjoyed our meal and ourselves.
Went here for my birthday dinner! Havent had lobster in years! It was good, but I had a hard time getting the meat out of the tail! Our waitress was great, very accommodating. Food came quicker than usual, although we did go early to beat the rush!
It seems like seafood tends to be generally disappointing when compared to the anticipation or memories, but I know that could be largely subjective. A couple items were bland or slightly overcooked or undercooked, but that had to be expected at times too. The lobster was unimpressive, which was the greatest disappointment due to price. The service was good, and our waitress was professional and personable. The restaurant was dark too.
My husband and I ordered calamari to start, the bar harbor lobster bake for our main dish (in photo), I had iced tea with peach flavor to drink, and we shared the chocolate wave cake for dessert (and boy was that cake GOOD). It was all excellent, I would come back for sure! And on top of that, our server Collette was just AMAZING. You don't see customer service like that too often nowadays. I'm sure the rest of the crew are great, too. 10/10 experience.
Friendly fast service. Party of 5 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Biscuits are amazing. Location of our table was a negative - next to kitchen and bathroom. Ask to be seated away from this area.
Who doesn't love endless shrimp & the cheddar bay biscuits are just a dieters nightmare, but who cares! I love our Red Lobster & the wait staff are always kind & courteous. Restaurant is always clean as well.
Food is always delicious! Love coming here for my birthday. We came at a good time too, even with covid, we were able to get a table right away without reservations.
Being one of the few people who doesn't care for seafood, it was easy to find land-loving options on the menu. The Maple bacon chicken was amazing!! The biscuits were great as always!!!
Visitor to the area. Everything about my dining experience was wonderful. My server Matt was fantastic. Food was hot and delicious. Definitely a location to go after a day of visiting the area. Definitely recommend. Because I will definitely be coming back if I'm ever in the area again.
