Just wanted to say this pizza hut is always good to me. Tonight I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas and some other items and when I went to pick it up my pizzas had been accidentally given to someone else so they offered me their pizzas and remade my pizza order. Also offered my kids and I a drink while we waited...
In terms of Pizza Huts and chain pizza places in general, this one is pretty stinkin good. I went for the lunch buffet, which I didn't know even happened anymore and Pizza Huts, and it was very good. Salad bar kept fresh, always several hot pizzas set out, pasta, bread etc. Service is super nice. The ladies help you fast, keep your drink full, very courteous. All the food was very good, everything seemed fresh, I would definitely go again.
For 4.99 with a drink (which is about 1.50), this all you can eat buffet is a pretty unbeatable value. If you like Pizza Hut this was is good and clean.
We tried the new cheesy crust pizza with the little circles filled with cheese. Wow, were we surprised. The cheese filling in those crust circles are a soft cheese. My wife didn't really want to get it, but I think she loved it more than me. We tried the meaty maranara pasta. It was pretty good also. The cheese bread sticks were disappointing. I wouldn't pay the extra 2 bucks for it. Highly recommend the new pizza tho, well worth the price.
I read the reviews, decided to take a chance. We called and ordered; Edward took our order. He was professional, friendly and he took the time to get all the information needed. Audrey our driver for the delivery showed up after 40 minutes, Edward said it would be 40-50 minutes, she was right on time. She called before coming to verify our address and let us know she was on the way. We got inside and realized we had received a medium pizza but had ordered and paid for a large. I called the Pizza Hut and they got the Manager without any fuss, it was Edward. He remembered our order and apologized, he made things right by ordering us a complimentary large that Audrey delivered. Well done. Issue handled, no fuss, dependable staff and great customer service- great service isn't never making a mistake it's how you handle it. We appreciate you and feel folks should know you're excellent: and the Pizza, boneless and bone in wings were perfect too.
