We were about 10 a.m. for breakfast, and there was room in the parking lot as well as the restaurant. We got seated into a booth. Almost immediately, Jennifer was there to take our order for coffee. She came back a few minutes later with a whole pot and two cups. Then she took our order for blueberry pancakes and Ham for me and my wife got country fried steak and eggs. While we waited for the chef to cook the food, Jennifer brought us heated syrup for my pancakes, extra creamer and extra butter. Then she showed up with the food. I've never seen a restaurant put so many blueberries in their pancakes. All of the food was great, and we had so much we had to get a box to take some of it home. The restaurant was fairly large with a view to the next door Golf Course. There were plenty of comfortable booths and tables. As a side note I had dropped a $100 bill when I pulled my phone out of my pocket. Jennifer could have easily kicked it under the booth, but instead, she brought it up and handed it to me. Obviously, she got an above-average tip, which she deserved anyway for great service.

Party of two — no wait for table. Very courteous greeting. Our server Jennifer was over quickly and was very friendly and customer focused. The omelettes and pancakes were fantastic; definitely a great breakfast and lunch stop. Definitely a return visit coming.

Great breakfast place. Food is delicious. The place was packed, but the service was outstanding! The food came out quick, hot, and delicious. Our server, Angie, was exceptional. Prices were comparable to other breakfast restaurants in the area. I highly recommend.

Awesome pancake house! Simply wonderful Southern atmosphere and hospitality. Wait staff was warm and friendly! Ashley was happy and attentive! Great stop on our way home from the beach. The crab cake Benedict is delicious!

Food is delicious. Perfect portions. I ate everything on my plate and most times I leave stuff on my plate. Grits were perfect, soft, creamy and delicious. Country fried steak might be the best I ever had. I tried the crabcake eggs benedict the second time I went and they were good just expected to find like some pieces of lump crab meat in the crab cake but I didn't find that. Seems like it may have been processed crab meat. Tasty, just not what I expected. Eggs Benedict for beautifully presented and perfect. But my favorite has to be the country fried steak. Sweet tea and coffee just right. Quaint view out the booth windows on the side of the little golf area adjacent to the restaurant. Spanish moss hanging from the trees. Picturesque. The restaurant itself looks like a big sprawling old one floor country house with a big veranda in the prettiest shade of seafoam blue green. Wish I had taken a picture of the outside of the restaurant itself. But I'm sure if you Google there are people who have. Staff is courteous and friendly greets you and seats you immediately. No long wait. The restaurant is spacious and tables are well spaced out. You can tell that they pay attention to customer service here. There was even someone to open the inner door on our way in and someone to open the outer door on our way out. Not expected but nice touch. He was friendly greeted us on our way out and said hopefully it'll warm up a bit as it was a little chilly on this particular day. He looked a little cold! I hope he went inside and got a jacket. Sweet kid. Nice experience and you have to go for the food. Try that country fried steak.

The absolute best place to eat breakfast. We visited every morning during our stay. By our 2nd visit the staff had already reserved us our own "regular" table. This is family owned, run, and staffed. We enjoyed the food and the prices were just right. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

A must for breakfast any day of the week and feel free to order one of everything! We took our entire family here at the end of our Myrtle Beach vacation and everything was delicious. From the service to the smiling staff to the pancakes, homemade biscuits, crab eggs, Benedict, and more was all the best you could imagine.

The food is delicious. We have never had a bad breakfast. We come at least once every Myrtle Beach trip. This time we visited 3 times. Highly recommended!

Got this our first morning in Myrtle, and our last. Typical (but yummy) breakfast food. They have turkey breakfast meat options, which was awesome for someone like me with a pork allergy (although, I didn't even get turkey stuff either time, ha). Had a different waitress both times and both were awesome with us. Nice little place and atmosphere to grab yourself some breakfast! Nobody in our family of 7 had any complaints.

Absolutely marvellous breakfast at this gem of a local, family owned restaurant. Theo himself came over to say hello and make sure our breakfast was agreeable. It certainly was! Tasty food, (Grand Strand and Carolina omelettes) cooked exactly to order, and served up with verve and panache are the orders of the day at Theo’s. It was our first time eating here, but it will definitely not be our last. We will be back! Highest possible recommendation! PK
