Okay, so one thing I love is ice cream. Let me clarify, I like REALLY good ice cream. The kinda ice cream your grandmama would make. Republic does this with sheer excellency. The milkshakes are immaculate. I got the mocha cookie(coffee,cookies and cream, chocolate) and holy cow, was that not just the best dang milkshake I've ever had. The whole selection of ice cream is wonderful. It's all homemade and it shows. The restaurant itself is cute and quaint. Do yourself a favor and get some ice cream here.
A must stop! Hands down the best ice cream we have had- gluten free house made waffle cones & cookies n’ cream ice cream! Staff is sweet as can be!
We tired chocolate and vanilla icecream, vanilla was amazing and I personally prefer a little less sugar in the chocolate one. Lot of flavors and choices !!
Great flavors. Young lady that took care of us very friendly. Large scoops. Definitely would go again.
