You have to go to Idaho Falls to find pancakes as good as these, but you have to travel back in time to find the combo of diner-griddle bacon, omelette, and cold squeezed OJ found here. Simply Amazing.

If you’re not a pancake person, still get the pancakes. They’re by far the best pancakes I’ve had hands down (besides my dads famous family pancake recipe of course). They’re almost like caramelized, got a bit of crunch to it in a way. They’re unique and unlike any other pancake you will have.
Great location/awesome food/excellent coffee.. what else do you need for breakfast?? , oh, well the whole place erupted to sing me happy birthday while someone ran out of the kitchen to bring me a surprise pancake with a candle on it!!
Cool spot for breakfast. Matches the hotel which was built in 1960. Reminds me of classical diner along the road. Coffee is really great for the US. Pancakes are fluffy and taste good. Place seems popular even amongst the locals. Lauri is a great host :)
Good selection for breakfast. The food is good and comes amazingly fast. The place is small so tables are very close together. Staff is very friendly.

Ask for your pancakes “crispy”, the crispy edge is awesome. And ask for real maple syrup, it takes your pancake up a notch.
If there is a wait, and there usually is, look to sit at the first-come counter.
My favorite breakfast place in the entire nation. I've traveled all over the globe and never had a breakfast better than The Coffee Shoppe. We go here every Sunday and I can't wait for our weekly visit. If you're in Naples you really need to check this place out. They never disappoint.
