My wife and I went to The Outback Steakhouse located on Tamiami Trail N in Naples, FL. We were seated within minutes of arriving. As a former server myself, I tend to judge servers on how I would have served. Our server's name was Hayden. We could not have been more pleased with his service. I am constantly seeing bad reviews by people. Good reviews are usually far and few in between. Hayden is very worthy of a great review. Thank You Outback for hiring people like Hayden to represent your company with impeccable service. It was greatly appreciated.
Had a perfect evening, great waitress, meals were all great!! Not one complaint!! It was our grand daughters sweet 16 bday and she had an enjoyable evening!!

Been to outback several times and never had a bad experience. Greeters are super friendly and the servers have always been great.
Everything was great... Our dinner was delicious and our server Taylor really made our experience special. She was very nice, friendly and we hardly had to ask for a thing! Great job... We will be back!

The food was amazing. Steaks were dead on. But it felt like it took forever to get our food. The restaurant was pretty slow not that many people so they can’t use that as an excuse. But who knows.

I loved the place. The food was so good. I had the Steakhouse salad and the meat was lit! The service was good and I get time to share with my family and have a good dinner.

Went to this Outback for lunch while visiting Naples and we are happy we did. First of all the service we had received from our waiter was exceptional. The restaurant wasn't crowded since it was early which is good. The food was delicious!! Be sure to try out their "prime rib sandwich" it is mouthwatering and you'll love love love it

Very Pleased with the manager who stopped by , which these days sometime in other restaurants you don't.

Amazing service! We ordered two 11oz sirloin steaks, baked potatoes, two Caesar salads, a sweet iced tea and their fresh strawberry lemonade. Food was flavorful, salad was well dressed, potato had plenty of toppings and didn't lack anything, steak had no fat or gristle and the drinks were exceptionally good. The place was very clean, no dust on the window sills, no crumbs on the table and the floors were spotless. Our waiter Steven was very nice and very helpful. Our drinks were always full, we felt comfortable, our food came quickly and he even gave us extra bread to take home and to go cups of our drinks. Truly went above and beyond. The owner Jon Paul is very nice too, he made us feel very welcome. I definitely recommend going to Outback.
I went there for lunch yesterday and the french onion soup was amazing and of course the blooming onion. Jen the waitress that I had, was exceptional. She attended to all my needs. I like this location way better than the one on Immokalee Road. There food and/or service is very lacking. They could learn a thing or to from the location on Tamiami in Naples.
Bree was our server, she was friendly, smiled, and very Good with our needs! The dinner was very delicious and plentyful. God Bless Outback and Staff CARRY ON!!
Food was nice and hot, manager came around the area twice to check on everyone making sure all was well. Our waitress was very thorough.
This family run business never fails to go out of their way to make sure every customer is well taken care of. He employs local young adults who are always courteous and works hard to make your dining experience enjoyable. We’ve never had a bad meal and the wait is worth it. Keep up the great work especially when there are so many other more expensive choices in Naples, it’s nice to know you don’t have to break the bank to get a great tasty meal!
I rarely am disappointed at any Outback Steakhouses. They give generous portions and the price reflects this. I highly recommend. I went with the Prime Rib tonight. Not impressed with the quality of the meat.
Outback is my favorite place to eat! I always come back. Delicious steaks, what more can one ask for! I’ve never had any complaints or dissatisfaction. The staff is friendly and our waitress Stacy was genuinely nice and friendly. If you haven’t eaten here,.. you should!
We had a great experience today. Food was great and delicious! Meat was cooked exactly as it should be and taste was good! But.. the best part was the service of T.J., our waiter. The best service I have ever had. He just made our dinner even better.
2nd time at this Outback in a week! Just visiting family nearby,always liked Outback and wanted to check this location out! Didn't disappoint steak was very good, I had it done medium with fries and a beer! Service was great and nice atmosphere! I'll be back here again next time I visit! 👍
