We had a great server and our food was delicious! We celebrated my mom’s birthday. They handed her a birthday card.
Everything was great as expected. We had lettuce wraps and the honey chicken, and it all was amazing! Our server was great as well!

Sat outside on the patio, waitress was great (alexis??) she thought of everything and everything she suggested from the sea bass to the melon shrimp was phenomenal!

Wonderful meal before going on the Princess Cruises Sunset tour in Naples. We shared 2 appetizers and 1 entree and thee was plenty of food!
Nice atmosphere, good food but the best part of the our visit was the service. Kathleen was amazing. She is super nice, friendly and on point. She knows the entire menu and recommended us the best options. She is the face of PF Chang. Thank you so much Kathleen. Cheers 🥃🇺🇸🥃🇺🇸
PF Chang has always served us with fresh and delicious meals. It was our first time at their branch in Naples and as always, the standard and food was up to the mark. We ordered our all time favourite Dynamite Shrimps appetiser with Sweet n Sour Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Simply delightful and wholesome.
Our server was Debbie. She was very friendly. She did a wonderful job. She was always there to refill over. Drinks did not have one problem. The food was very fresh and everything was handled professionally and really enjoyed SPF Chang’s.

We are frequent diners here and have been “around the menu.” Everything tonight was especially delicious from start to finish. Coconut Mojito‘s, pan fried dumplings, barbecue ribs for appetizers. Crispy honey, chicken and Mongolian beef with fried rice for our entrée. Sooooooo good. Stellar service from Debby and Eric made the experience extra wonderful!
I took my mom for her 78tth birthday yesterday, and we had Debbie as our server. The place was empty, which I thought was strange. The food was amazing. The service was even better, Debbie is such an attentive, great server. When it was time for the check, she came out with a big slice of chocolate cake for my mom. It was such a sweet, kind thing to do, And I don’t think too many places do this anymore. I don’t know why more people don’t go there, the food is always consistent and great.. Will be back, and we hope to sit in Debbie’s section!
We go to PF Chang’s every year for my Mom’s birthday. This year we had an outstanding time celebrating her birthday dinner. We had their Sangria that is great. Then we started with the steamed Pork Dumplings and Lettuce Wrap. As our entrees we ordered the Salmon and the Chicken and Stake Lo Mein. Our Server was EJ, and he made it a very pleasant and special evening. Thank you, EJ. We will be back soon!
Such a lovey dining experience. The Mongolian beef was especially scrumptious. I had their special Waugh beef. The steak came sliced with rice, a large helping of mushrooms, and a dipping sauce. It tasted like no other steak I’ve ever had in my life. It was really good. And the calamari had a very lite tempura breading on it. It was especially tender and complimented our meal perfectly.
We had the pleasure of Debbie as our server tonight. She was amazing. Friendly and attentive with a great personality and sense of humor. She’s a one person PR department because she treats her customers like friends and she obviously cares a great deal about the restaurant. Oh, the food was good, too.
The Naples P.F. Chang's has improved exponentially from 2 months ago when they raised their prices and reduced portion sizes. Our Saturday dinner was phenomenal with perfectly cooked and seasoned lettuce wraps, Chang's Spicy Chicken, a shrimp dish, and a large piece of chocolate cake. I have always loved the cuisine at Chang's and will happy to return. Debra is a gifted manager and leader who goes out of her way to make her staff feel appreciated. I am always impressed when I encounter someone in leadership who genuinely cares about his or her staff.

We had the most amazing experience. Our server ( I can’t remember her name and I lost the card I wrote it on 😢, but it started with a Z, and she was in training).
From the moment we were seated she was friendly, outgoing, and fun. She helped with drink recommendations, which she was spot on, they were absolutely delicious.
While there a family was sat next us. Not exaggerating, they were the most rude, entitled people I have ever seen a restaurant. They made extreme modifications to every single dish they ordered, to the point where they basically created their own dishes. They were so rude and nasty, that at one point my group and I had to get up and go outside to calm down before we turned around said something to them.
The server handled them with complete grace. She kept a smile on her face and the same positive, happy energy.
She was so amazing that we didn’t even know she was in training until we heard another server tell the rude table.
We were down in Naples for my birthday weekend, went to many restaurants, and she hands down gave us the best service out of every place we went.
Please thank her again for us!

The two male bartenders at the N. Naples P.F. Changs are the best I've ever encountered. Personable, professional, detail oriented, and service with a welcome sense of humor. They make our trip from Estero well worth it.
This place is the best! We live across the street in Naples Park and come to this P.F. Chang’s regularly- the food is always hot and so tasty and the service is outstanding! Especially want to shout out Debbie - she waits on us regularly and always does an amazing job!!
Stopped in for a quick appetizer and viewing the dishes coming from the kitchen I changed my mind as everything looked so appetizing. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken entree with a glass of iced tea. My server, Debbie, was very cordial and attentive checking back to make sure my food was to my liking and if I needed anything else.
Delicious food but the service could be better. Looking back, the service wasn’t that bad, the restaurant is just under-staffed. Huge portions for affordable prices. The Mongolian Beef is SO good. Highly recommend it over the Changs Spicy Chicken.
I have eaten at P.F Chang's in Destin many times, but it is my first time to eat at this restaurant in Naples. The restaurant is clean and tidy with easy parking, indoor seating and outdoor seating. Although their food is not really Chinese food, it belongs to American Chinese food, but they tastes good for me. I like the hot and sour soup,stir fried eggplant,kungpao chicken,Ma po Toufu,dumplings, Singapore noodles.
Our Sever was Debbie. The food was really nice me and my mom got the lettuce wraps and the Orange Chicken bowl. Both meals were very good and I 100% recommend this place and we recommend the server, Debbie.
The whole family love the Asian food. And P.F. Chang’s is our favorite place to go for it. This restaurant is well located and also have a free parking lot. Giselix, our server was fantastic. She gave us very nice suggestions for dinner, and everything was delicious. Thanks!
