Great service, my wife loved her lobster Benedict. Food came out super quick . This is our favorite local breakfast chain because you can always count on enjoying your meal and stellar service. Manager or owner was active on the floor and it makes a difference being engaged in the operations of your business. Everything was flawless today. My wife and I loved it. We also patronize locations in Ft Myers where we live. House of Omelets never disappoints.

I’ve been here a few times, and every experience is more than perfect! Service is friendly and very attentive to customer needs, and of course the food was delicious as always. Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a relaxing sit down breakfast :)

This morning, my children and I had a delightful diner breakfast experience at House of Omelets in Naples. We were able to find a table quickly as the season was winding down post-Easter, and we opted for outdoor seating. The indoor and outdoor areas were spacious, and the picnic tables were clean and modern. Soft 60s background music added to the overall diner atmosphere. The front of house staff and server were welcoming and friendly, providing us with menus, coloring supplies for my girls, and waters as soon as we sat down. I was impressed by the high number of gluten-free options available for my daughter, including pancakes, toast, and French toast. I always start with classic Eggs Benedict whenever I try a new breakfast spot, and while the dish was satisfactory, it didn't surpass my expectations. The kids' pancake and the kids' GF French toast my girls had were of good quality for a $-priced diner. Our food arrived quickly after ordering, which was a pleasant surprise as we didn't have to wait long. The orange juice served was of decent quality with a little bit of pulp and tasted similar to "Simply Orange" juice from the store. The coffee was typical of diner coffee. However, when the bill arrived, it was closer to the $$-price range for $-quality, which was disappointing. If the prices were more reflective of the quality, I would have given a higher rating. In summary, House of Omelets offers a decent diner breakfast experience with an enjoyable diner vibe, a range of menu options, and gluten-free options. However, it is somewhat overpriced compared to other breakfast options in Naples that offer superior quality and experience for similar prices. If the prices were a little lower, more reflective of the $-quality level, I would have given a higher rating.

5 stars overall, lost a couple for atmosphere only because it was so loud in the dinning room however thankfully you have a spacious outdoor seating area. Now to the rest of it. Wow can't say enough about the staff, everyone was very friendly and said hello and virtually everyone that walked by our table asked something. So we were well taken care of, it was almost too much attention, lol. The food was blazing fast, I could not believe how quickly it came out so naturally it was fresh and HOT. Very good breakfast, wife had the Italian skillet and I hade the southwest skillet 🍳 both we fantastic!! Thank you !!

On vacation and been searching for a good breakfast place with good service. This place hits both. Food was great and the service was even more amazing which is hard to find. Take for example, as soon as I was done with plate, someone was there to grab it. The coffee never ran dry and the staff was friendly. This place will be at the top of my list when I come back next year for breakfast!!!!
