Jack's is an excellent local place with exceptional service and food, personally I've been going to this place for 20 years they make you feel welcome, like your more than just a customer. Kinda like Norm at the end of the bar on Cheers... the staff even makes up food every now and then for my task trained seizure alert dog. Local bands are a hit there, and it's gotten 100 times better since there's table service and Jackie no longer works there.
Wanted to try the local seafood. I thought it was a bit pricey for the location and quality of food. It was good, however. The coleslaw was really bland however.
The best place to eat in Naples is this, I recommend! Everything was great: the food, good atmosphere, and the service.
Strip Mall restaurants make me nervous, but this place had a Cheers vibe with many locals coming for Happy Hour yelling Hello to each other! But very dark inside so we chose outdoors where people smoked next to us upwind...blah! Service excellent with 2 servers and they didnt make us feel like they forgot about us for being outside! Clam chowder rich and flavorful, crab cakes yummy, burgers seem hand made and of flavorful meat quality, fried fish big pieces of Cod, and French Fries that were mayonnaise deserving quality! Will be back next time we visit Vanderbilt Beach!
Wow, we can't say enough about tonight. Place was packed, seat yourself but surprise, John came right over, drinks and food came right out, again John was fantastic, the fresh snapper (blackened) and all the food was great

Blown away again. Don't wait to have them seat you, just find a seat, they will be right over. Cody and Stephanie took Fantastic care of us. We had the Snowy Grouper special, only $30 with premium sides.
Great food, large portions. The Grouper basket has two HUGE pieces of grouper for a very reasonable price. Plenty of staff, attentive waitstaff. We will be back, give it a try!
Fun place , casual . Really good service and delicious food . Fresh Tile blackened fish was very good . The homemade pretzel was a must have . Grouper sandwich was also very good , big portions of fish .
Found this gem on a YouTube review! So worth it. The seafood quesadilla is so yummy! The seafood is fresh and the cheese is real and the bread is toasted light and crispy. The grouper sandwich is delicious. The grouper is so big it hangs off the sandwich. Had the adult alcoholic milkshake and the jalapeno margarita. Sounds weird I know but the taste is so clean and it's not spicy but it's warm and the flavors are just so amazing and they go together so well.

Visiting Naples and I decided to try some place new. My google review partner (my mother in law) was up for something new as well and Jacks was just the place. We both love a good bar, with great food, service and atmosphere, and Jacks did not disappoint. I had stopped here a few times in the past for a drink at night but never had any of the food. We found a spot at the bar and immediately were greet and welcomed by the bartender. It was quite crowded and everyone seemed to be eating. They had a few nice specials on the board and a nice selection on the menu. As we got acquainted with the menu, the gentleman sitting next to us raved about the pasta carbonara special. I was sold and ordered it for my entree along with a house salad. My mother in law felt like a lighter fair and enjoyed the calamari. Now I know everyone is thinking, who orders carbonara at a bar, well I did. It was delicious, full of garlic, a solid portion of pasta and two TEXAS toast slices of garlic bread. The salad was also a nice portioned plate with fresh ingredients. My mother in law raves about her calamari and I would say the food would keep me coming back. I also ordered a drink and the bartender is not stingy on the pour. I am not asking for double or triple shots, but I do like to taste the alcohol in my drink and they did a great job.
All in all, I will add Jacks to my rotation of places to visit when I am back in Naples again. However, I think I’ll add an Uber to my list so I can enjoy some of the live nightly entertainment and well made cocktails with the no need to drive myself home. Lol
Time and time again, Jacks has beat the keys quality hands down. Whatever fresh fish is on the board, is guaranteed fresh trust me. Coming from a commercial fisherman and seafood connoisseur. This place is my favorite restaurant; superb service to say the least. Jake and the rest of the crew make you feel like family; leave stuffed and feeling good everytime! 😉🤘🏼Great lunch/dinner or even a party place on some nights!
Grate place. The dual pianists were great. My husband had the pasta and shrimp, and he loved it. The French fries were really good. We are coming back for sure and we told family and friends about this place.
Had a great night at Jack's! Their lobster roll was delicious and we really enjoyed the band(The Florida Rhythm Kings)!
The Conch chowder was delicious. Good gulf oysters too. Our bartender, Stephanie, provided excellent service. Love this North Naples spot!
We are here for the Sunday Blues. If your looking for a local bar and grill, Jack’s is a hidden gem. The staff has a pep in their step with speedy service and teamwork. J.R. was taking good care of us but every staff member at one point or another stoped by our table to make sure everything was great and to ask if we needed anything. Thank you Diane for getting to know us! The drinks were cold and the food was a level above what I was expecting, big portions and obviously fresh ingredients. You Don’t Know Jack! Good Times!
We had a great meal and excellent service. I chose the special of the day.. blackened shrimp Étouffée and my husband had the grouper sandwich. Meal was amazing and Mackenzie and Alex provided 5 star service! This was our first time here and we’ll be back for sure!

2nd visit..6/30/22 had to go for pickup with a friend to grab takeout..and after being at the hospital all day.. this was a great reprieve..had great guy last time..Cody I believe is who waited on me last week..but last night it was MacKenzie.. who was totally people friendly " fast on her feet, kind, helpful and she's definitely who I look forward to next visit...so my take out (which I asked a recommendation ) was suggested and though I never eat meat often. I tried the recommended French Dip..and MacKenzie you were right..it was awesome, service all around was good..but the young lady MacKenzie made a bad day and more bad news for myself... a better ending for a long night...reminding me to smile " be positive, **even when I don't want too.. to just be grateful.. congrats by the way. : ) you will know what I'm talking about if you remember me..sitting on the corner..you were as we all joke about ..a counselor and not just bartender/waitress...and I know you helped my depressed state..maybe you need to set out a jar for tips that says "for ears listening" .. lol"" ...but seriously "thank you" ... the happy hour peel & eat shrimp tasted great as well .So til next time..if I get one..keep up the solid great food" ya all are doing awesome in the back..of course...so cooks " thank you.. and again for the all around fantastic customer service. 5 plus stars ☆☆☆☆☆
6/24/22 Delicious food...great atmosphere, and the bartender was awesome...though they were busy..he was attentive and took our drink orders recommended a few ..thank you I enjoyed them all and the food was as good as a " behave yourself ,spend much more for less and act properly " restaurant.. yes " I do enjoy those restaurants too but how nice on a weekend night to come to Jack's " have a great meal..some good drinks and a fantastic cover band that just happened to be playing there that night... they were fun and I even danced a bit "for the 1st time in years" (for I have heart issues and chronic health issues) but it was even worth the pain later that night .. I would recommend going here to all ages.. young or older..families I believe would even enjoy...but keep the little ones tucked in, get a babysitter if coming in on a weekend late night....for though it's family friendly late nights I'd say are more adapt for those 21 and older..to end I say..stop by you won't regret and the customer service ( bartenders) are awesome" looking forward to my next visit..By the Way..try the" Fish and Chips " delicious and fresh..and crunchy but fork tender inside..yum!
Just came back from dinner with friends/family at Jack's Seafood Bar & Grill, and I had an AMAZING experience. The mild wings, as well as the Jack & Bleu burger was Yummilicious:-)
The serving staff was also on top of their game, and were truly superb. It had a great atmosphere, and I will definitely be back again for another future experience:-) Thanks to everyone that took such great care of us this evening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
