I love this place! It's great for a fast food joint to get good quality food that you feel good eating. Even though they seem to be short staffed right now, they are still fast at creating the food and giving it to you. The employees have a great attitude and they're very friendly towards everyone coming in the door. I love that you can order online and pick up your order at the front of the store near the front door.
There were two employees working today and they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and I received my order in a very short period of time. I brought the order home with me. The buffalo chicken wrap and kale/apple salad were delicious and the smoothie was perfect!
Small location and slow service when it’s busy. Very busy parking lot sharing with Wmart. My drink was made correct so thanks for that.
Whenever I go to Miami from to Tampa, I stop at the Naples Golden Gate exit and go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Turns out there are 2 at this exit. So, when you're heading south on I-75 and turn right, you'll get to this location. (If you go left there is another one that is newer and directly next door to Publix, so that's convenient. There is a Publix in the next plaza at this location. Got it?) I know I'll always get a good smoothie when I come here, but this location smells. Literally smells. It's like the sewer is backed up...I don't know, but when you sell food the restaurant needs to smell like your food or like nothing. Bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant. However, looks like there was some standing water behind the counter in the kitchen.
They are busy busy but will get your order right and quick every time. Thank you!
Always a good experience at Tropical Smoothie. The Bahama mama is a great drink and the quesadillas and wraps are really good too.
If you want a healthy lunch that won't leave you feeling heavy, I strongly recommend tropical smoothie cafe. This is a clean and convenient location

Food and drinks are great. Would have given 5 stars but when I ordered on Uber eats they completely forgot to pack my sandwich. I only get a 30 minute lunch break at work and I was very disappointed when my order arrived without the sandwich. I don’t know if this is on the restaurants end or Uber eats. Either way, very frustrating. Food is great tho, love this place and will continue to order from here despite this slip up.
The smoothies are okay. We got the berry bliss which was enjoyable for the first half. The wait time was insanely long. I think they have online orders to fulfill. As I was third in line to get 4 of the exact same smoothie, I left about 25 minutes after arriving. Since I'm not a local I'm not going to leave a 3 star for the wait because I won't be coming back anytime soon to give them another chance.
