Jessica is THE BEST!! She most definitely deserves a raise! She goes above and beyond service and Is the ONLY reason I keep coming back due to how amazing she is. She makes amazing drinks and it legit the sweetest person you will ever meet. 10/10 recommend those location to anyone looking for some good atmosphere and amazing service 😀
I honestly shyed away from this restaurant because of the low reviews. I'm glad we finally went. The service was great, the food was delicious and portions were huge! We loved the atmosphere, it's obviously a very new restaurant, unlike many other Chili's we have gone to. I don't know if they have new management or what, but it's the best experience we've had at any Chili's!
We were a party of 17 and I was expecting and not looking forward to a hard time getting a table after a soccer game.
Well, we got a table within 5 min. The server, was fantastic. He was friendly and very attentive. He took everyone's order and made sure we all got it about the same time. We know with sush a large party, it's no easy task.

I just had a very wonderful experience in this Chili's today last night my wife and I went in to eat dinner we had a very nice meal however we needed to get something to go and there was a slight error with the to-go food so I called immediately to the restaurant and they assured me that it would be no big deal I could either get a refund or I could just call him tomorrow and I will be able to get the fajitas remade. So on my way home from work today I called and I was delighted to speak with a gentleman by the name of Seth who really impressed me with his attention to detail and his level of service. When I called he was a very active listener he heard me out and assured me that I would not have this problem again and he was very very accurate with that. The food that they provided today was delicious as always the one last night was was delicious as well however my wife is allergic to shrimp so like I was saying earlier I explained this to Seth he remade us a fresh one today and it was very wonderful he made sure that there was silverware in the bag plates the whole nine yards. I was very very impressed with the hole to go team today at Chili's and the food quality was as always awesome it's very nice to receive this type of service and such a high quality of food and the employees at this Chili's are always delightful and on top of their game Seth really leads from the top down and by example
I had a wonderful time at this location with my family. The server was excellent. She was attentive, fun, and engaging. Everything we ordered tasted great. And I would recommend this location to anyone based on this experience. Hopefully, it works out great for you as well.
The cuisine is average corporate food. Had the ribeye before it's excellent but the overcooked it tonight however they did cook me a new one. My companion tried a watermelon margarita and said it was wonderful. And get exactly what you expect from a chain like Chi Chi's. Solid dependable food and service good atmosphere
The food was fresh and hot. Server was extra nice. Drinks were good too.
It was pretty good...The only thing is that you ask for appetizers and the bring everything at the same time...The place wasn't even busy...Servers need training on that.
Surprised!!!!. Made a pit-stop to charge our EV next door and had lunch at this Chili's. Food was good and even that they were noticeable understaffed, our server made wonders and we ended up very happy with our choice
