I love their cheese queso dip and the mini big as yo face burrito š we had the absolute best server. I donāt remember her name but she was working in the bar first come first serve tables and had long blonde hair and was a small build girl. Our drinks were always filled and she was quick to get us anything we needed!!! We live 2 hours away in Kentucky and love to eat here when we pass through or spend a weekend in Nashville!!

Good food, great waiter and good service. The restaurant was really busy but our waiter kept everyone in his section very happy!
We love Chuy's! Our meal was wonderful, service was great! So glad Chuy's is in Nashville. We have been going to Chuy's for years in Austin, Tx. We have always had excellent food at all the Chuy's we have eaten at.
Food is great and servers are even better. Come try their jalapeno ranch dip and you will be hooked.
This was our first time at Chuy's and we had a party of 9. We were there at 5:30 and had no waiting and we sat outside and had a great meal and a fantastic waitress. Everyone else in our party had been there many times. Good time had by all.
Food is good, but it is not beyond my expectations, just normal Mexican food like what you can get in Chiliās. However, 3 out of 4 of us had mild stomachs after the food especially the free deserts, sorbet. Trash. I give 3 stars for the flavors. Quality of the food is debatable. Service is pretty good. Really honest guy telling us that was enough for us and not to over order stuff.
Lovely atmosphere. Went to Chuys for lunch. Darren was our server, he was excellent, very prompt and patient. I had the taco salad with the creamy jalapeƱos dressing and fajita beef, it was excellent! My mom and aunt had the enchiladas, they thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend chuys after a day of shopping.
This was our 1st time to Chuy's! Oh my goodness! It was totally delicious. We will be back again soon! And, the service was fabulous as well as the decor.
The food was excellent. Best salsa I have had in a while. They also have this jalapeno ranch dip they serve with salsa. Yum! I ordered the Chuychanga (think chimichanga). My fiance had the steak fajitas. Amazing. The service was great š. The only complaint I have is that I think they need to sweep the floor up. Kind of made me weak stomached if I glanced at the floor, which was littered with fries. Other than that, I would recommend this place if you're into Mexican cuisine while about in Nashville near the Opryland hotel.
After a long day at a conference nearby and some mall shopping we were looking for some good Mexican food. We found Chuy's on the mall map but had a hard time finding it. We finally realized that it was outside the mall. They had plenty of space, but we had to sit in the bar in order to be seated right away.
Our server was great - fast service and friendly. We ordered our food and it was OK...nothing special, but not bad. The nachos were pretty lacking in meat and the flautas were more tortilla than chicken. But overall the meal hit the spot.
The decor was "different" - each room had a separate theme it seemed. There is a large outdoor patio section that we didn't see until we were leaving.
One of the best food options here at the Opry mall, excluding the fast food in the food court. It was our first time here, and were seated quickly, even though it was incredibly busy. Food was delicious and came out timely. The decoration within the building was very stylish and cool. Will definitely return the next time we come to this mall!

We enjoyed the friendly service by Claude our server and the food was delicious!!!
Food was hot and very flavorful. Kelcey the server was very attentive and quick to meet are needs. Ordered burrito meal and cheese enchiladas meal. Would recommend this place for a authentic Mexican meal. Atmosphere and decor feel like old Mexico and unique.
We stopped for lunch. The Mexican martini was excellent. The enchilada was okay. Service was great.
Ranch dip was pretty good. The tres leche cake was amazing, best part of my meal. I also ordered the tacos al carbon, which were alright nothing crazy. My husband got the fajita chicken burrito and it was pretty good, I preferred it over what I ordered.
First time dining at a chuy's I was very impressed. I ordered the chicka chicka boom boom and it was delicious. Service was great, our waitress memorized 5 orders and nothing came out wrong. Our drinks never went empty. Environment was great.
There are just some things Chuyās does an awesome job at. Their in-house made flour tortillas is top of that list. Variety of signature sauces - love the Boom-Boom. My go-to is the custom enchiladas meal - cheese enchiladas with the Boom-Boom. The Shirley Goo (off menu item), seems to be a family favorite. Their Creamy JalapeƱo dip is ridiculously addicting. Solid Tex-Mex food that is consistently good.
