Stayed here a work trip for 2 nights in July 2023. Overall experience was good, very close to all the shops and restaurants. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Receptionists and the valet guys were all friendly. Just wish the pool was open. They said it is under maintenance this week when I asked but my colleagues told me it's been closed since last month when they stayed here.
We have stayed here twice for visits to Nashville. The location is excellent! As with most Marriott locations, the rooms and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. This hotel is a little dated in that it had the old style bathtub in our room and not much places to hang towels and whatnot. The gym was well equipped but the TVs did not work on the elliptical that I was on. No big deal really. Overall we really like staying at this hotel.
5+ stars. Perfect location, valet parking was great. Stayed 3 nights and walked the whole trip.
Just a couple of blocks from all the downtown attractions. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Gannons Restaurant at the hotel had great atmosphere and delicious fine dining and cocktails. Definitely the place to stay in downtown Nashville!
My one and only complaint the temperature of our room was set to 70° and would not go any lower. I'm at 67°\68° person year round. I felt like I was suffocating. Other than that everything was exceptional.
Excellent location. Hotel was clean, but view was of a brick wall and parking is pricey. Double beds were smaller than expected. Used to queen beds. I would stay again for location and cleanliness.
So impressed with the customer service! The manager and all front desk staff were incredible. I stayed 3 nights and needed assistance with storing medical liquids in the freezer and they where very accommodating! Thank you for making my trip to Nashville to smooth!
Everything was good up until one of the valets I believe to think his name was Marcus , not good with the last names , but he was nice , and fast , but when me and my friends came back to the car we had a stack of gift cards and cash sitting under our radio and I’m not stating he took them but after him pulling our truck forward and an hour later of us coming out they were missing and we only noticed because one of the gift cards were for Cracker Barrel and subway .. which we were going to pick between the two . But basically watch who parks and make sure to put all of your belongings up or take them with you .
We had a great experience at the Courtyard Nashville Downtown! Valet and hotel staff were very kind, Starbucks right in the lobby and great restaurants, bars and fun things to do are all in walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job and I’d definitely go back!!
Friendly and helpful front desk staff from the minute you arrive. We were fortunate to have our room ready immediately after arriving 6 hours prior to check in. The location is right in Printers Alley and about two blocks from Broadway. The rooms were clean and plentiful with toiletries. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
We came to this hotel after switching from another Marriott hotel that was rude and unprofessional. Being Valentine's Day, I expected overworked staff, a messy lobby, and a long wait for everything from the check-process to getting an elevator.
I was wrong. The valet was professional, helpful, and welcoming. The front desk, while both newer employees, they came to work. They also did all that they could to answer my questions as due to the last hotel, we missed our reservations. The room was spacious, clean, and fit our needs.
The next day, we kept our car in Valet after checking out. Valet brought it so we could load it and then returned it until we were done for the day.
Everyone was great. The experience was night and day from the other Marriott we refused to stay at this evening. I would recommend Courtyard Nashville Downtown to anyone. It was a perfect fit, the location was great, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating.
Great location. Nice rooms. Fridge didn’t work, but overall good stay.
Room was nice, location is convenient, noise from bar across the street makes it difficult to sleep until about 3AM.
Valets are extremely slow & unprofessional, call for your car early.
Nice little hotel in the middle of downtown. Walking distance from everything. Nice little upscale bar/restaurant attached. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Starbucks next door.
