Probably the best slice of pizza I have ever eaten. And I’m no pizza rookie, I’ve been eating pizza since I was a baby, almost four decades ago.
You can tell the staff there love to have fun, they'll make a lot of jokes with you. They just won an award for having the best lasagna, which it is good, but nothing compares to their pizza, I only had a few bites of my friends pizza, but it was some of the best I've had in a long time!
Some of the best pizza that I had. The crust was thin with a crunchy bottom, with good toppings. The pepperoni was a little greasy, but had nice spice and a great taste.
The location is just off lower Broadway, in a little obscure alley.
The restaurant is old. Some say it has a retro vibe... No, it has an old vibe. The carpet and decor has not changed since the 80's. The eating area was dirty, crumbs on the floor, and steel wool sticking out of the wall blocking a mouse hole, and the tables were adequate... But not "nice" by any means.
Overall, I would go back for the pizza... But may take it to-go.
One Of The Best. Great pizza and lasagna. Wonderful rolls and calzones as well. Doesn't get better than this!
Awesome little place. The food is great, and the lunch rush is always insane. There's always a line out the door at Lunch, and the staff works hard to get your food done right and quick. I love this place!
A huge slice of wonderful. Stopped in with my daughter she had pizza and I had a calzone both were wonderful! She had finished her two huge slices when Manny came out (they were officially closed) and offered to make her another slice on the house she took one bite and said this slice is even better he had added his personal touch with some extra spice. He was a joy to meet and everyone should stop by on their visit.

Great Pizza. Stopped in for a pizza on the way to a concert. The pizza was great....crisp crust, yummy sauce, and delicious toppings. The place is short on ambiance but the food more than makes up for it. Owner takes a lot of pride in his business. Worth checking out!
Best pizza in Nashville I've had so far. Taste like the pizza from the pizza joints at home.
Quick, easy, and delicious. Lunch for two: $8 and some change. Sauce is great, thin crust crispy and not greasy, seemed to be made fresh.
short on ambience but if the food is good, who cares?
I love Manny's. My husband and I decided to play tourist for the day and walk down to the Tennessee State Museum to check out the last few days of the King Tut Artifacts. We passed the Arcade and I have had lunch there many times at Manny's since I work in the Metro area, but it was my husband's first dining experience there.
We got there on Saturday just as they were opening at 11am for an early lunch to beat the downtown crowds and heat for normal luncheon hours.
We ordered at the counter and then went into the back to wait for our food and enjoy.
He had the 3 Meat Strombolli with meat sauce and Bud Light draft, and I had a slice of Pepperoni with Jalepenos and soda...it was delicious..highly recommend to anyone and everyone..go enjoy!!!!
Best NY style pizza in Nashville. If u can deal w the parking, definately worth it. U won't be disappointed
Crunchy thin crust pizza. Great staff that welcomed us to dine in tho it would be after 6PM. This would be a frequent visit if we were locals.
HOLY CANNOLI!. The atmosphere is wonderful, the Stromboli 2nd to none, the Cannoli is not too sweet it is Excellent!! A must have with a full meal!!!
Staff was very friendly and the pizza was delicious! Really really really delicious! Will definitely be going back!
Great Pizza. The pizza here is quite delicious. Definitely going here every time I am in downtown Nashville!
A Must!!!. We happened upon Manny's during our cross country road trip... It was almost closing time and there were no "slices" left so we opted for a whole fresh pie. It turned out to be one of the best pizza's we've ever had, rivaling NY! And while waiting we got to chat with Manny himself and learned that he was born in Sicily then made his way to Brooklyn and worked there making pizza. Well, he's perfected the art and we'll be back anytime we're in the neighborhood!
None Better!!!!. If you have not had any of Manny's House of Pizza - you are missing out - this is by far the best pizza, spaghetti and lasagna anywhere around - I will not eat any other. If you want the BEST - come to the historic arcade in downtown Nashville to Manny's House of Pizza :-)
Good stuff. I love the sausage rolls, they're awesome!
Manny's House of Pizza is located between 4th and 5th Ave N. just north of Church St, and in the historic Arcade walkway. The House of Pizza is near the Peanut Shop, which has many after lunch treats, and upstairs on the 2nd floor of the arcade are curato

Incredible slices! Thin, nice crisp, good flavor. Little bit of flop. Old school NY pizza here. Line out the door but it moves fast. Can’t wait to go back and try other options!
8.2 that’s a review 🍕
Went in for a slice and it was amazing!!! As soon as I finished went back in line for more. They were out of the pizza rolls at the time but was offered one if I was willing to wait and I gratefully accepted. The made me my own roll on the spot and 15 minutes later I was enjoying one of the best types of pizza I have ever had. I am only visiting for a couple days but I will be back before I leave!
When homesick, I bring myself or ask my girlfriend to hit Manny's House of Pizza. Manny's is by far the best NY style pizza downtown Nashville. Convenient location, excellent customer service and is run by the family. Manny continues to make the pies so don't miss out!
Been eating lunch at Manny's for 12 years now. Family owned and run. Such a pleasant experience. If you want the best NY Pizza in Nashville look no further. Great crisp with quality sauce and ingredients. Try the lasagna too.. Got me 2 slices for lunch while in downtown. Always a treat!
This is a great spot for lunch. If you plan to dine in, I would a lot allot an hour because there is usually a line outside the door. I got the specialty pizza with all of the toppings and it was huge! More than enough for one person and it was delicious. Perfect place for your cheat meal. 😂
Great family-owned pizza joint, with really nice folks in the Arcade. If you get there right about 12:00, the line will likely be out the door - but don't give up, it moves fast and it's worth a little wait.
My favorite is the pepperoni and mushroom - I guess I couldn't ever wait to take a picture of it so I put the stromboli instead (which was also delicious!)
If you get lucky enough to catch a Sicilian (deep-dish), don't miss out - Manny will make you one to order, of course - but I lucked into getting a middle piece and had them stick some pepperoni on it...it was fantastic!
Don't let the small store front fool you, there's PLENTY of seating in the back...and if you don't want to buck the line on your way out, just go out the side door exit (not readily apparent where it's at - to the right of the end of the serving line...)
So glad we stumbled in. Real New York style pizza from some really great people. Definitely would stop by, but take note they do close a little bit early so no late night drunken pizza for you.
Absolutely the best pizza that my boyfriend and I have ever had. I am obsessed with the cheese pizza, and he LOVES the Hitman pizza. The hitman is a pizza on top of a pizza! SO GOOD. Manny is super friendly and makes the best pizza around. A MUST-HAVE if you’re in town!
Lived nearby for a bit and shame on me for not visiting Manny's before.... delicious and family-run (a bit like watching a live episode of 'The Bear'). Tried a few slices, and will be back for a roll (I'll order in advance next time as they said rolls can take 45 min.).
Family owned business! Manny and his family are always nice and provides excellent customer service. The pizza is the best pizza I’ve had. My favorite pizza spot!
