I cannot rave enough about this Arby's location—it's like the epitome of what fast food should be! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by genuinely friendly and enthusiastic staff who seemed more like pals than employees. This team understands what customer service is all about!
The cleanliness of both the restaurant and the parking lot was exceptional. As a parent of a child who uses a wheelchair, I was particularly impressed with the ample space and accessibility features.
The food, oh the food! We ordered the Beef 'N Cheddar and the signature Arby's sandwiches. To accompany those, of course, were the curly fries. Every bite was a testament to freshness and flavor. If you’re a fan of Arby's, you know what I'm talking about. But if you haven't tried this location yet, you're truly missing out. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a delightful dine-in experience for lunch.
Let's talk value. For the quality and amount of food, the price per person ($10-$20) is very reasonable. The service is so efficient that we got our food in no time, allowing us to make the most of our lunch hour.
For anyone contemplating whether or not to give this Arby's a try, do yourself a favor and just go! It is hands down my favorite in the area and has become our family's go-to spot for quick and satisfying meals. Trust me, after one visit, you’ll be planning your next meal there.
And a special shout-out to the lovely lady who handled our drive-through order with an incredible blend of professionalism and friendliness. Such individuals make loyal customers out of first-timers. So yes, I am now, officially, a returning customer. Thank you, Arby’s, for consistently exceeding expectations!

This is such a great restaurant. The staff are the coolest. It's so clean and never had any issues. I highly recommend this Arby's location.
My family's entire order was hot and fresh. Also, they were extremely nice and happy to accept special orders!!
How does a restaurant that serves roast beef, just run out. They do not stand up to their slogan because they definitely DON'T have the meat tonight. With a 2 for 7 sale and you run out.

The nice lady working the drive through did ALL the right things. Very kind, patient and welcoming. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude made me feel like I was actually appreciated and not just one more hassle for her to deal with. Most of the drive through a in the area can be quite unpleasant (especially KFC, they are the worst.) this woman not o LYM took my order with a smile, but then she handed me my drink AND THE STRAW, together, which is such a pet peeve of mine (because putting the straw in the bag means I have to sit, thirsty in my car and wait for my order before I take that first drink, it’s torture!) Then, quite quickly my order was handed to me and I asked for sauce but she had ALREADY put my horsey and Arby’s sauce right there on top. She smiled and told me it wasn’t her first day and we laughed together like we were old friends. I told her she was awesome and she thanked me, then I thanked her and was on my way. Such a satisfying experience will GUARANTEE that I am now, officially a returning customer. Thank you Arby’s for hiring someone who actually makes the customer feel good, and eager to return for the GREAT SERVICE!!! Now go give that pretty red headed woman a raise! She’s earned it!!! ALL THE STARS!!!
Their food is always fresh there and everybody that works there make sure your order is correct.
Fast easy service. Chicken was dropped hot! And the fries were fresh!

We landed at the airport and were super hungry, needed something fast and also gluten free. Shaun took our order and was extremely kind and helpful getting me a meal that would work, and went out of his way to bring a better container to our table. I really appreciated his customer service!!
Wife and I stopped for dinner. Roast Beef Sandwiches, Fries and Drinks. Service was fast and friendly. Dining Room needed some tables cleaned. The quality was very good for both sandwiches and curly fries were hot and fresh. I wanted a milk shake the machine has been down for 6 days manager did apologize.
v good experience, friendly staff, clean restaurant, fast service and the food was just what i needed.. always my favorite Arby's in the area.. i come here cause the one in Mt Juliet has been closed, but this one is actually way better anyway (:
Good food, good service, in a reasonable amount of time.
It normally takes quite a bit for me to give five stars only because to me that's perfect and it was. The drive-thru line was busy they handled it very well for lunch time. I had coupons ,they took multiple coupons and multiple items on each coupon. The dollar amount of savings for each coupon was correct when I pulled around to pay.
I did not check my order until I got home. The food was hot and correct as ordered. Best of all the food tasted great. Thank you Arby's awesome job!
