Great customer service from the staff! They honor valid coupons and don't make excuses like that terrible Subway on Charlotte Pike.
You can't go wrong with Subway. This location is tucked away in the Park Place center. Decent available parking, but kind of tight to get into and out of some spaces. Good value for good food. I like to get the sub of the day meals. Staff are polite and quick. The dining room has space every time I go. And it's a mostly comfortable setting. Although it can get cold. I do and will go back again.
Always friendly staff. The lady that works there is amazing and always interacts with me. I've been to subways where the staff doesn't talk to customers except to get their order. She always makes my sandwiches great and makes sure not to cheat me on the veggies. Great place! Highly recommend! :)
The lady that's works there is very friendly. Greeted me coming in and was polite. She was the only worker I saw there and had 3 people waiting and never got frustrated. She definitely has good customer service.
Favorite Subway. The workers are so kind and sweet and really know what they offer! Recently I went and the lady knew the perfect spice for the sandwich and let me taste it on a cucumber first! I really enjoyed and appreciated that :)
The food & staff were excellent, as usual. My only complaint (minor) is that the ceiling fans cooled my food before I could finish. Overall, though, excellent, & i will surely stop there again!
Ordered takeout for my daughter's birthday. Cracked me up that subway was what she wanted but her argument was totally sound. "I know exactly what I'm getting. It's going to be exactly the same as last time I had it. It will be delicious. And I can save the second half for later if I want more or just throw it away and not feel guilty because it doesn't cost that much." Footlong turkey on white with no cheese. Double meat plus bacon. Lettuce, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and a little mayo.
It might just be me but it ain't the best subway I've been to but I still liked it just didn't love it I subjest the sweet onion teriyaki sub it is off the chain ⛓️ but if u don't care for sweet onion then try the steak and cheese sub
