Everything was arranged on our tray with great care. The presentation was lovely! The staff were all going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met with lids, straws, ketchup and many compliments. It was above and beyond for a fast food experience and we were pleasantly surprised.
I stopped eating at all Burger King restaurants because the quality was poor no matter how friendly the service was. After visiting this particular one with a coworker about two weeks ago....I go there for breakfast and lunch because it is by far the Best all around Burger King I have ever been to. The employees are so joyful. Their food is always fresh and tastes perfect. They are always smiling and respectful. They should placed as an example of what your franchise is striving for. Both in employee morale and quality of food. Very clean building, including the restroom. A++++ give those girls a raise! They represent what service should be like everywhere. Thank yal sooo much.
This Burger King stands out among all others. Why? The employees. They take your order and they get it right every time. They are friendly and accommodating. The employees are what makes the difference. They are to be commended on a job well done!
Very friendly service. Very clean restaurant and bathroom. Not too cramped. Food came extremely quickly.Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice environment to chill and eat for a bit.

I just have to comment on the great service I recieved here at this location. Most fast food restaurants let me down especially here in Nashville. But this Burger King in particular has got it going on. I'm talking about the friendliest cashiers, workers, nice and clean, accurate orders. The cashier was even wearing one of those BK crowns. Nice to see such a positive work environment full of smiles with great enthusiasm and positive attitudes for a change. If I could give more stars I would!!!!
Good food served hot after fairly lengthy wait in line during lunchtime.
Only fast food on Charlotte pike late night. Thankful for this staff!
Grabbed lunch on the way to visit my wife at St Thomas and only drive thru was operating. Busy but line moved relatively quickly. Both the lady at the speaker and the gentleman at the pick up window were pleasant and welcoming. Food was perfect and well work the wait.
