Some of the friendliest service I’ve ever had at a Subway, and the food was delicious and fresh upon ordering. Very glad I stopped into here, had the meatball marinara & really enjoyed it.
Our subs were made in record time and they were so good! The staff was very friendly.
No matter how long the line is you are never waiting too long. The staff are definatly on point here
This Subway restaurant in Negaunee is a great option for a stop on your way out of town if you are heading south or over to the West End of the Upper Peninsula. It's always very clean, well-maintained, and the staff greet you when you walk through the door. You can expect a typical Subway experience here, with fresh ingredients and a made-to-order sandwich right in front of you. Prices are on point with other Subway locations, and they overall do a great job.
We placed an online order for pickup. It wasn’t day when the app said it would be, but they were slammed with online orders and the two women working were working hard! They unfortunately had other customers who were not patient. Keep up the good work ladies!

Due to our large group (25), we called a couple days ahead of time, and they were prepared for us. Everything was good! We were glad to be able to dine in.

I'll give a 4 star over a 3 star because I partly understand the delay in service (the walk in cooler door fell off and fell onto a worker) when I walked in the worker it fell on was walking to the bathroom to see if she had any visual marks or bleeding, and the other 3 workers there were all in the back talking (I could hear them) finally I yelled hello and suddenly after a yell back all the people came out from back. So ok this is understandable to a certain degree. This is a business. The problem had been solved & was already known that no one was injured. I feel there should have been someone assigned to watch the front. Moving on this subway's mascot should be the sloth. Because it represents the speed they move. But after the wait for service, the the slow wait to assemble my 2 subs. I leave and the bread is so dry! This was the biggest disapointment Exspecially after the wait. It was crumbling everywhere! LG. & sm. Flakes and crumbs falling all over, there was no way around the mess, every bite, every move of your fingers resulted in more bread falling all over. What a mess! I wont be going back to the Negaunee store instead I'll drive the distance and hit up the Marquette store.
one of the bigger subways I have been in. many customers and online orders and still quite fast at food preparation with no mistakes.
No beating the meat here... Meatball subs are the best and this subway is no exception.
