La Lupa Di Roma has the best Italian food I have ever eaten. We are never disappointed, the food is always freshly prepared, the owners made us feel welcomed the very first time we ate there. I HIGHLY recommend La Lupa Di Roma, the drive to Neptune New Jersey won't be a disappountment, I guarantee you.
Fantastic garlic knots. The carbonara is outstanding. Tiramisu, made from scratch... Devine. The garlic knots are so good.... makes you want to buy a batch and bring one to every pizza place you know and introduce them to the way garlic knots should be made.

Not much in New Jersey that we miss since moving to North Carolina, but La Lupa di Roma is high on the list.

First time here, I grabbed a square slice with anchovies, burratta and Kalamata olives. Incredible combo! Never had anchovies and I’m glad I tried it here. Quality all around was beyond what I expected.
I also got a traditional white slice, which was oversized, but I’ll never complain about oversized good pizza! Hands down the best white slice I’ve ever had, the ricotta was unreal.
Lastly got a square with pepperoni, fresh mozz, and basil. Very, very good.
The cute Italian couple running the shop were super friendly. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!
Great old school pizza joint with amazing slices as well as all the regulars like pasta, chicken, seafood Italian dishes. Very impressed by their vodka with fresh mozzarella slice....I'm not in that area too often but from now on when I am, I'll definitely hit up the spot again
I’ve been coming here for a long time. The food has been out of control hood lately. The lupa (margarita) pie is amazing. Hands down, best pizza AND Italian food in the area right now.

My choice's were a Chicken Caesar, Cheese Steak and the Pepperoni!!!
Crust was soft, crunchy and tasty.

Anna and the family treat us as if we were their own! The food is outstanding, it’s fresh, and the flavors are top notch. Their red sauce, I could drink it with a straw. Their bolognese sauce is outstanding, and their pastas are always top notch. Their bread/dough is next level, there’s something about it that’s addicting! If you try LaLupa once, it’ll become a staple. Oh, the Romana pizza, fughettaboutit!

Our new “go to” place for great Italian food. Their entrees are delicious, generously sized yet nicely affordable. And their “pizza di romana ‘special’ “ is the best pizza we’ve found in the area. The crust especially is second to none.
Authentic pizza with delicious sauce and free ingredients. The broccoli rabe was amazing and garlicky. The owner is lovely and super friendly to boot. It was lovely to get to speak Italian as an added bonus!
Talk about finding a hole in the wall gem. Since a popular pizza place (think P & E) was super booked, we decided to try a new spot. 10 minutes away, no line and a really nice assortment of different pizza toppings. Nice thin crust, crispy and delicious.
Family run, great prices and friendly folks. It's a little hard to see their sign out front but don't miss this place. We may have found our new go-to over in Neptune.
