A lifetime place for me. The waitresses are the best. I never had a bad visit or bad service. The food is great.
Waitress are very friendly down to earth atmosphere and great food cheap prices
I drove 45 mins ( from plainville Ma) to visit this place!!! My waitress was Meagan and she was awesome, friendly, funny and was a added pleasure to the already great atmosphere. We love the true diner feel this place has. We most definitely will be back!
Lovely Diner my boyfriend and I are in love with this place! It is quaint and is a BLAST FROM THE PAST! The food here is delicious the service is fantastic! My boyfriend and I are always served with a smile! I highly recommend eating at Angelo's Orchid Diner; we can't wait to bring our five year old daughter to have breakfast altogether!

I moved to the area a year ago--I was used to places like friendly's, Fireside, Perry's last stand for breakfast. Tried this place, Angelo's, and it's amazing. You can get 2 eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, home fries and huge pancake for 5 bucks. The ingredients are great. Prices and menu is awesome. It's the benefit of not going to a chain-quality control and great service.
It's cash only--ATM across the street.
Great classic diner with that 1950's feel inside. The food is exactly what you'd expect from a low cost diner. The servers are overall friendly and competent. Definitely a place for west end locals as everyone seems to know each other.
I'm glad this place is in my neighborhood.
Super friendly staff. Huge portions with great flavor for amazing prices! Will be returning as often as possible. Quintessential old timey diner!
If you like real good family style food then make it a point to visit this diner. Been eating food from this diner for decades and had fish and chips and chowder from here today. The fries are the reason for 4 stars but that's the only draw back.
Ahh, the wonders of a 50's era styled train cart made into a homey diner that serves just-like-grandma-made-it breakfast and lunch. I sit in my car with a very full belly after enjoying 45 minutes of the locals company in what feels like one of those secret places only the locals know about. This cash only establishment is certainly a working class diner. For the prudes expecting a spotless kitchen and servers wearing coattails go somewhere else, this place isn't for you. Back to the food, the first thing I had was a corn muffin and it literally did taste like my grandmother used to make them. The coffee I had was never empty, the home fries where delicious and done just right (lightly crispy on the outside and not too much salt) and as for the Angelo's Omelette, fantastic, just like I would have made it IF I had all the ingredients at home. As I sat there locals came and went, most of them knew the staff and other customers by name, it's easy to feel like a stranger but cast shyness aside with an open disposition and join the conversation, they'll readily include you. This place is everything I could ever want from a diner, great food, friendly staff AND customer's, not too large of a place, the homeyness of the place causes day dreams of me growing old and visiting this place regularly before heading off to work. Alas, I am not a local, just a transient wanderer but where ever I do settle down I very much hope there is a place just like Angelo's Orchid Diner- one of the few mom and pop style breakfast diners left standing in a world of commercialism.
And btw, it's not expensive at all with nearly everything on the menu less than 10 dollars. One older gentleman's breakfast was 4 bucks and he tipped three quarters, something I had never quite seen before.
It's a cute little diner. The prices are reasonable, and the food is pretty good.
They only take cash, and the parking is a bit frustrating in the moment.
I'd definitely recommend stopping in for a bite to eat, at least once. 😀
