Excellent little spot. They are following guidelines. The food was fantastic and so was the service. We had the fried pecan encrusted brie appetizer which was excellent. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict! The crab meat was luscious as was the hollandaise sauce.
Visited this bistro today I was a bit nervous after seeing the menu which was unique to say the least it was different from the normal types of food offered at other places until i tried the food i had the buttermilk fried chicken with the jalapeño sauce I've never tried it like that before but it meshed well together makes me more likely to try the other food options they have there I'd recommend Texas Bistro to others who are craving to try something new or old with a twist. I also loved the paintings on the wall which consisted of various types of animals nice little place with a great vibe and very knowledgeable staff with great recommendations from them aswell.
Eaten the daily special twice, outstanding. Once I get through those, on to the menu. I love not having to season my food. Clean place great staff.
The Pecan Crusted Chicken was delicious but the Bistro Pasta was amazing!! It was a fabulous explosion of flavors & textures! I'm definitely coming back for more, at least once a month, if not more often.
Highly recommend! The food was delicious. Very flavorful! Menu wasn't huge but plenty to choose from. They have a full bar, big wine list, and tasty signature cocktails. The Staff were very friendly and polite. They followed the Covid 19 protocol. Not a very big place, but everyone was spread out. They do take reservations so I recommend it. Heard the brunch is awesome as well, can't wait to try.
Great Food/atmosphere. Highly recommend eating there. We had the Buttermilk chicken and dwught had the fillet -All cooked perfectly. One of the best restaurants in New Braunfels.

The Street Corn Rissoto is to die for. Everything here is delicious. Beautifully decorated inside, cozy and the patio is nice. The only thing is is that it's off a major roadway so lots of noise.
