Yummy. Clean. Quick. Brisket was perfect moisture and sauce was tasty. Potato salad was decent but not my favorite. Green Beans were delicious.
Favorite. I fell in love with this place several years ago in Pleasanton. Im soo glad they have one close to me now. I honestly cant get enough of their chopped beef sandwich.

Great BBQ- even better desserts!. Whenever we are at New Braunfels, we will find time to eat at McBee's BBQ. The sausage is excellant and they give you a lot of it. Their sides are also tasty. I almost never eat dessert, but I can't miss out at McBee's where everything is homemade. The carmel frosted pecan cake is divine. We also like the TV where the customers control what is on - last night we got hooked in to the Quick & the Dead and the combination of brisket and the movie made the whole thing feel like a Cowboy adventure.
Great BBQ. Some of the best BBQ in New Braunfels. Great brisket and chicken. Also, the pork and turkey are very good. Nice sized portions.
Good old school BBQ place. Can't go wrong with whatever is on special. Pretty clean for an older store. Don't forget to save room for homemade desserts. Get there early, to ensure fresh food they'll run out of certain things during the day so don't get all upset if they're out of a meat or two.
A pretty good place to eat barbecue. I ordered a beef brisket sandwich and a sweet tea.
The tea had a good taste and sweetness.
The BBQ sauce was not the best I've ever had, but alright. The meat was some of the better brisket I've had. Good texture, wasn't tough, and came apart. Delicious smokey taste.
I would definitely go back.

The place is old, and in need of some work. Surprisingly the brisket was very good. The sausage tough, but had a good flavor. We were the only customers, so service was quick. If you good bbq, and aren't looking for fancy this is your place. We will return and try the ribs next time.

Great BBQ. My husband and I come from families that know how to bbq. These guys know their stuff. Ribs are my go to. Hubby gets the sausage plate. Everything we've tried has been amazing.
Employees are very friendly. I love that they said God bless, when we left, and that they are closed on Sunday to honor God and family.
Service was a little slow at first, but it was mid day and only about two workers present on a Monday which seems about right. We ordered, Food came out fast. Got a one meat plate two sides, asked for Lean Brisket, Sliced thin with fried okra extra crispy and green beans. Everything was perfect and exactly how I asked. My bf got a brisket sandwich with chips. Both of us got sweet Tea. which was delicious and super sweet just how we like it. The bill was about 23 with tax. Great BBQ and also the BBQ sauce was amazing, it tasted sweet and smokey with a but of tang and pepper. We both Love trying new BBQ places this will def. be a favorite to return when we visit again New Braunfels, Relaxing, floating on the comal river and BBQ after, couldn't ask for a more perfect day.
