I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts at a new location, and I can't express how impressed I am with my experience. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority here. The entire place was spotless, and even the bathroom maintained a fresh, pleasant scent.
What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. My order was taken swiftly, and my delicious coffee and donuts arrived promptly. It's refreshing to see a team that's so on point and dedicated to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
The only minor inconvenience I encountered was with the parking lot, but that's entirely due to this being my first visit to this specific location. The incredible service and pristine environment more than made up for this small inconvenience.
Overall, my visit to Dunkin' Donuts was an absolute delight. The combination of cleanliness, fast service, and exceptional staff makes this location a standout in my book. I'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts to anyone in search of a fantastic coffee and donut experience. Five stars all the way!
Nice little story quick service for hot drinks. Nice polite people, very courteous and friendly stuff. Nice parking lot and wifi.
Consistent outstanding customer service. All coffees always prepared perfectly in a timely fashion. Staff always treat you like family. This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts in the greater New Hyde Park area, or anywhere else.

Very very polite staff the team working currently at 2:00pm is fast and respectful.. just tried their tomato pesto grill cheese and it was so far the best one I tried!
What can I say its coffee! But the special are good and the only thing is the buy 2 bagel with cream cheese i would have like if we could be able to change it from cream cheese to butter or jam. But, other than that its good.
People were very nice. My order was right and the food was hot.
