I ate late on Friday October 27 and ordered on my phone, and 10 minutes later went to the drive thru and my order was instantly ready. The young man and woman at the window were great, friendly and quick.
I placed mobile order at 10:30 at night and did instore pickup. The 6 Mexican pizza that I had ordered were nothing like the picture. There was tiny bit of beans in center and looked sloppy. When asked manager (Crystal) she said this is how they make. Horrible service and quality.
Bertin provided great service and it was phenomenal. I highly recommend him to be a manager or corporate leader for the chain. He’s a great asset to the team and company
I always order from mobile devices in advance using Taco Bell app before picking up my food. I just hope that there is less wait time at the drive-thru in general 🙏

Great, clean and courteous service. I love the ordering kiosks option once you go inside where you can place your order exactly how you want, pay for it, specify how you want your receipt and then let the team do their magic and call you once your order is ready.
You can place your order with a live person too if you prefer. The staff is very nice and helpful.
I love their bean burrito and bean taco so much that I can live on them :)
You cant go wrong with Taco Bell if your stomach agrees with it lol. This place is just fine but they tend to get really busy which leads to them missing things from your order and long wait times. Make sure to just check all of your ordered items are in your bag!
All I can say is, good service and food. (4/22/2023) Still doing well.(9/9/2023) Very good service. Now, Taco Bell needs to come up with a food wrap that will not stick to the Taco when taking it home.
Update: this restaurant has completely turned around. They are still a bit slow during busy time but the staff is much more attentive and organized to fill orders.
Never had an issue with the quality of food. I'm glad they have improved!
Original review: The customer service here is the worst. The employees don't acknowledge you, even when standing right next to their pickup window or counter and they are frequently more concerned with talking to each other than the customers.
I needed my drink filled for my mobile pickup order and the employee fills it with an attitude and slams it on the counter without saying anything!
COVID must have removed common courtesy and common sense.
You all need to do better...
My local Taco Bell. Always reliable. Sometimes they seem short staffed and it's a bit of a wait going to pick up. I always recommend the drive through. Sometimes they are out of Diablo sauces. The food is good though, consistent with other locations, and I am generally happy with their service. I come here at least once a week and plan to in the future. I love the cravings box which is online only and includes a crunch wrap, a single taco, a side (usually cinnamon twists), and a medium baja blast.
