We did the blind tasting (don’t look at my pics if you want to stay surprised!). We sat upstairs which I preferred as there’s more space and quieter. The food was really good! We enjoyed each dish including the explanation of what was in there. I didn’t love the wine pairing. While I enjoy that explanation as well and the thoughtfulness behind the pairing, there were wines that I just don’t prefer. The last pairing was a vermouth type drink and I couldn’t even finish it. I would’ve preferred getting a couple glasses of varietals I know I like. Service was great though. I don’t know how often they change this menu, but we would do it again!

Ordered their new menu seafood platter which is all seven of their raw bar items. Super fresh and terrific execution with on-point accompaniments. Mignonette mini spray bottle for the outages is genius. Thin homemade potato chips heavenly. Cocktail description was inaccurate to actual flavor profile which bartender acknowledged. Incredible desserts. Only about six tables but about a dozen reserved spots at their long tavern bar. Buzzing neighborhood commercial strip to walk your meal off.

Make sure to do the 5 course prix fix menu where the chef chooses your meal. We truly enjoyed trying items we would have never chosen off the menu. Don’t shy away from sitting at the bar if you make a last minute reservation. Ty conjures up his own amazing and complicated and delicious cocktails. Plus, they have an awesome selection of liquors. Each course was better than the last. Dessert was the best. The flavors were layers and artfully displayed. Well done.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! Bartenders were amazing! We had a blind tasting menu with wine included and it was great! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Crescent City.

Everything about this place is fabulous. The food, the service and the atmosphere is amazing. I was here about 6 years ago with my husband and was delighted to return with my friend while in town for a conference. I have no doubt this will be the best meal we have while in NOLA! Thanks for a memorable and delicious meal😋 We had the tuna, the onion dip, the sausage, the rabbit and the Napa salad. I ordered the chocolate tart for dessert. Simply perfection. 👌

Top to bottom, one of the most consistently outstanding local restaurants. Atmosphere is intimate and comfortable, the drinks are excellent, but the food is really what makes this place stand out. The menu is efficient and highlights seasonal local ingredients. The sweet potatoes and the short rib are highly recommended.

Upon entering we were immediately impressed. The gorgeously appointed interior was matched with friendly & welcoming service. Our table of 3 began with the bread service with whipped feta. Absolutely luscious & the first hit with everyone. We shared the oysters, gumbo, and crab & heirloom tomato "salad". We used the leftover bread to clean every drop off of the plates. We ordered the short ribs & cobia entrees and enjoyed every morsel. We finished with the panna cotta with (the best tasting I've ever had) raspberry sorbet, meringue, and fruit. In spite of their being countless choices of places to eat in New Orleans, we will eagerly return the next time we are in town!

Dinner and drinks are delightful, the service was outstanding with a lovely staff and comfortable atmosphere created by the massive solid wood bar and low lighting for a more intimate setting. Great for couples or small parties. Can't wait to go back.

What a great dining experience. The food was excellent service and staff very professional. We had the 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes, corn mix, and devil eggs What a great combination. The chicken was moist and had fantastic crunchy skin. The price for lunch was high but worth it. You need to try when in New Orleans

What an incredible dining experience. I went to 5 restaurants in New Orleans and this one was my favourite. If you like tasting menus that are fresh, local, creative, beautifully plated, portioned perfectly, well priced and not overrated, please try Coquette’s. I loved every morsel! We came late at 9pm and they accommodated our table of four. The other couple that joined us had already eaten so they asked to split one menu and the server/kitchen permitted this which was very appreciated. I really like that flexibility. A highlight was the savoury panna cotta with trout roe and masa. Also a favourite was the lady pea soup. It had very flavourful mushroom bites. The lower level dining area is beautiful, our server was amazing and attentive. Honestly a must try if you’re in New Orleans for any amount of time.

This was an absolutely perfect dinner experience. We did the 5 course surprise tasting menu and it did not disappoint at any course. Perfectly composed meal and the most attentive and friendly staff. Kelly was our server and was great! Already planning our trip for next year with Coquette as a first stop.

Excellent restaurant. Nice beer and wine list, but the food is fantastic. The crab dip appetizer, as well as the fried green tomatoes are terrific. The red snapper entree was great as well. Pistachio cheesecake is one of the better desserts I've had.

I have wanted to try Coquette the last couple of times I was in New Orleans. This time I made my way, and it was, without hyperbole, one of the very best meals I have ever had in many trips to this city. The atmosphere is comfortable and the food is both simple and exquisite. I had raw oysters with a fennel mignonette, the Crab Maison (simple dressed ice-cold Louisiana crab on Saltine crackers), and the Smoked Beef Short Rib on a mole verde sauce that was unfathomably beautiful and complementary. I was dining alone, and the efficient and warm service (Kelly) made the entire experience one I want to repeat.

Every dish was a well balanced pairing of local flavor and impressive culinary capacity. The way they put these dishes together is going to stick with me for a while. Everything was wonderfully paired with the other components on the dish. Perfect for a nice dinner on a quiet night. Stick around for dessert and the amaro list. We will be coming back again!

Unpretentious fine dining. They have discontinued their tasting menu, but regular menu is excellent. We had an amazing bass dish with saffron and gruyere that was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

5 star everything. Had the salmon roe and two oysters for appetizer. Duck dinner for two with a bottle of cab that we brought with us for a $25 corking fee. Sommelier was cool and had a glass of wine with us. Waitress was great. Got the ice cream for dessert.
