One of the best locations in the City. Great for tourists and visitors alike.
Lots of seating, in the rear and in the front.
Baristas are Swift and make drinks effortlessly.
Parking is difficult though as this location is Downtown NOLA.
Grab a seat and take in the views.

When I tell you the lady came back to bring me the drink I forgot, she was amazing but I didn't get her name. The corrected everything!! Superceded customer service!!!!
Usually I don't rate Starbucks, but I had mixed feelings when I visited this one. The staff was pretty friendly but it was not the cleanest Starbucks I have seen in my life. The coffee was just as usual, so there was no issue with that at all.

My husband and I stopped by the Sheraton Lobby Starbucks in NOLO today. Ms Monique was absolutely a Beautiful delight, never been to such a friendly welcoming Starbucks. Monique even went the extra mile to go searching for me some oatmilk, she literally said "we can't let you leave unhappy". I will always remember this Starbucks because of her!
Quality service, and really fast. Right near the French Quarter, and on Historic Canal St. It’s a hit, stop in.
Watched this Starbucks deal with super busy mornings. They were fast and polite and seemed super organized.
It's a Starbucks, just like any other. No order ahead of drive through. Reasonably quick service.
