I cannot throw enough high fives...this place and the folks who run things are the best! Delicious and fresh food, creative and yummy drinks, awesome outside vibe and music, above and beyond stellar service...they get all the stars - and hearts! Oh, and they’re very eco-conscious, too.

My husband and I stopped by for a late lunch expecting a quick, average burger joint. Were we EVER wrong! Although the setting is very casual and laidback the food is incredible! Variety of menu choices with quality ingredients, food was wonderful. Staff was super friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our food and can’t wait to go back!
This is a great casual family place. The food is awesome for adults as well as the kids. Relax with a cool beverage and watch the game while the kids play in the yard. Terrific concept. Much needed in the neighborhood!
A bit pricier than most but I have no problems paying for that smoked yellow tuna and bacon
Yesterday was our first time there. Awesome staff!! Daniel was so nice!! (Props to him!!) Awesome outside area for the kiddos. The burgers were amazing and the kids got to play! Can't wait to go back!!
The Brisket Sandwich was really good. You can order lean or “wet” which is the fatty flavorful cuts. Great food and atmosphere for lunch.

Come spend your money here 🎶 but listen! The Backyard has great BBQ sandwiches and an awesome happy hour. My boyfriend and I both had the Briskey Philly (special right now) and it had excellent flavor filled us up. I ended up taking half my sandwich home and I cannot wait to eat it as a snack later. The sweet potato fries were crispy and cooked perfectly (not burnt, very difficult to execute) and the tater tots had a very satisfying crunch. We had the pleasure of meeting Jason who is very knowledgeable when it comes to bourbon. I am not a bourbon aficionado but my boyfriend and I are definitely avid bourbon drinkers and we enjoyed speaking with him about what was available on the shelf right now and the must sees on the bourbon trail. If you live bourbon or are just trying to get into it- start here, it's a friendly environment and they will guide you in the right direction. We had the opportunity to try a 9 year that will be released next Saturday and it was like drinking desert- if you like a caramel/molasses finish than this is the one for you! We also tried Leo (7 year) and found it to be very light and easy to drink. I tried Noah's Hill 2023 and it was sweet (honey like) but initially very earthy; it reminded me of moss and was reminiscent of standing in the Redwood forests. It was a top notch lunch trip and we cannot wait to go back next Friday to pick up a bottle of that desert-like 9 year.

HOA approved! Good food, great service, fun atmosphere at reasonable prices. The Backyard is so good that not even an HOA could complain.
You can't beat the prices and the service! We got an appetizer, a beer, a soda, 2 entrees and 1 side, it came to $45 before tip. The service was top notch, so attentive and all the food came out in great time. The food was good. The burger was a little salty, the pulled pork was a little dry but the sauce help with that, and the deviled eggs where wonderful.
The atmosphere was fantastic! We could watch the game but also just talk with the people you are with. The music selection was great and never to loud. We'll definitely be back to get a couple drinks, food, and chill.
I had not been to The Backyard in about a year. I read about the changes and knew I had to go back. Jared waited on us as we dined at the bar. The frozen old fashion bourbon is a must try. The deviled eggs were fresh and seasoned perfectly. Let’s talk ribs-they were melt in your mouth tender and the sweet fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The atmosphere is wonderful . This will be our new Friday hang out for food and drinks. It had been awhile since we don’t live close, but it was like greeting an old friend with the food and service. Keep up the good work guys.

Since the remodel this place is amazing. The food has always been good but the atmosphere matches the quality they are putting out. My husband and I tried the new whiskey and wow! My husband collects whiskey and their selection impressed his picky taste. They had a slight dip in quality during Covid but now it seems they’re thriving again!
I had an amazing dining experience at "The Backyard Nola." The burger I ordered was ridiculously good, with perfectly cooked bacon and meat. My wife opted for the Greek salad and absolutely loved it. What added to the charm of this place was the delightful outdoor seating beneath beautiful oak trees. If you're searching for a top-notch New Orleans restaurant with delicious burgers, fresh salads, and a serene outdoor atmosphere, look no further. "The Backyard Nola" has it all.
My wife and I heard about the in house Bourbon and decided to try them out today and it wasn't a disappointment! The food was good especially the smoked wings and best of all the owner Jason let us try some of the Bourbon that is going to be soon released and it was definitely some good juice! We'll definitely be back.
What a delightful setting for a family meal. Friendly counter service. The smoked tuna salad is delicious and worth coming back for. So I came back for the pimento cheese starter and the BEST Old Fashion. The turkey sandwich delivers as well!!! For my third visit - YES, third - I had the smoked chicken wings...WOW! Whatever Jarod recommends is on point!! The burger and the beer were delicious.
Awesome restaurant with QUALITY food. Superb burger ( see pic). I love the new bourbon! It was awesome sitting out in the cooler weather with all the families and locals enjoying the October weather Friday night. Owner is hands on and service was personable, friendly and super attentive and kind. Reasonably priced.
The food was good and not overly sweet like most places locally. The liquor selection was amazing and at a great price. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, the restaurant is clean, and there is a nice variety of sandwich options (and even a couple of salads). We got the Sloppy Joe (pictured), traditional burger with cheese and bacon added on (pictured), and sweet potato fries (pictured). The Sloppy Joe could've used a bit more flavor and some kick, but they had hot sauce available to add. Burger and fries were good. There is a dedicated parking lot and additional street parking nearby. Indoor and outdoor seating.
Friendly service. Got the brisket on the bun, deviled eggs, and pimento cheese dip. Super good food, ice cold beer! Dog friendly! We will be returning.
