Went here because it was close to where we were staying and all the other fast food spots we have back home and the place was kind of empty it wasn't far from closing time the cashier was nice even though her face looked like she was annoyed but it was all good. I loved there half and half mix and the chicken and fries where also good nothing was salty or greasy and i liked the dipping sauce and the piece of toast wasn't bad either. It was a decent price for some chicken tenders and fries so nothing to complain about
It was Canes - fresh chicken tenders, fresh tasty fries. Service was great. Coleslaw was a bit off though, tasted like it might have gone bad or maybe they changed the recipe.
I went to this location on Wednesday 09/13/2023 after 2:00 to buy lunch in the drive thru and the young male employee Rumalis taking my order was courteous and friendly. The service was also quick, plus my food was fresh, hot and good! This was my second time coming to this Cane’s and I will return when I’m Uptown again.
Canes never disappoints when we are in NOLA. No matter the location! Today we are at the S. Claiborne and it is immaculate. The parking lot is perfectly groomed and well maintained giving it a warm and welcome feeling. The drive thru was packed, but moving at a quick rate. We were greeted immediately at the door. The place smelled ah-mazing! My husband ordered as I went to the restroom. Talk about NICE to walk in and see it was clean. I hate dirty restrooms in a place of business. We ordered the Box and the Caneiac. The chicken was so fresh and hot with a thick, crunchy breading. Fresh and cold cole slaw which I love! So delicious. Everything was top notch quality and quantity. All of the employees were extremely pleasant. Like genuine, not the “fake forced” because I’m working painted smiles- these folks were smiling and chatting with everyone. That speaks volumes of them and the store. Nice job S. Claiborne!!!

Very clean, everyone is so nice! The manager even opened the front door for me since my hands were full with my baby.

Overall it was good, just wish people who dine in could be served instead of having yo eat out of takeaway containers
I came here late last night bc i was hungry and havent had Canes in a while. The drive thru had a long line, about 10 cars, so I decided to try going inside. there was one customer, a security guard, and the staff. It was clean inside and i was helped immediately. The girl at the register was really nice and took care of me. I got my food a few minutes later and left with no issues. This is exactly how i want every fast food visit to go. Thank you for a pleasant experience. The food was really good too.
I never had canes but I door dash here and the service is always great. Good people work for canes.

We just came to the location on Claiborne and they had a order for 150 canniacs. The team was in great mood my fingers were delicious and everyone was in great mood in store
We were a group of 7 including kids. The food came out quickly and nice and hot. The only issue encountered was that the person at the register did not know how to ring up a lemonade refill. So he tried to tell me that I couldn't do so. When I advised him that I had no issues doing same at other locations, he asked someone else how to ring it up.
My Friend Papa Lawrence Brooks from New Orleans, Louisiana "Love this Chicken" This is all he lets me buy when I treat him to a Meal. He Loves Cane and he need to make a commercial because he loves it overall chicken and he is 110 years old
That speaks Volumes. Now he has me loving it too.
best drive thru experience of any fast food restaurant. the workers seem well supported and their apparent satisfaction trickles down to their tasty and simple menu.
